Q: Why do the control buttons not match the instructions when I follow the manual?

Since the touch controls for the left and right earbuds are different, please check if you have placed the earbuds in the wrong ears.

Q: Why has the playback time of my earbuds become shorter?

Over time, dust can enter the charging case and affect charging efficiency. Simply clean the charging pins regularly to maintain performance.

Q: Why is the touch control sometimes slow to respond?

We've lowered the touch sensitivity to avoid accidental activation. You can fix this by pressing slightly harder.

Q: Why is the sound from the earbuds low?

To prevent ear discomfort, we boosted the bass and mid-range while softening the treble. Just raise the volume to your preferred level.

Great value and comfortable to wear

Why did you choose this product over others?:I've tried in-ear and semi-in-ear earphones before, but in-ear ones felt uncomfortable after long wear, and semi-in-ear ones always made me worry about them falling off. So I wanted to give clip earphones a try, and they really solved both problems perfectly.Quality:The quality is good. The connection is stable. Even when my phone is in the bedroom on the second floor and I go down to the first floor, it still works (though there's an occasional sound missing).Comfort:It's very comfortable to wear. After putting it on for a while, I basically don't realize I'm wearing earphones.

Only arrived today 18th June but so far so good sound quality is fab they are so comfortable easy to pair with my phone defiantly worth the price so so far no complaints
