Is this product even safe? Why is it burning up my nail even when there’s gel nail paint on them? & it still didn’t remove any polish from my nails even after i filed them. Totally useless!

The remover works quickly as compared to the acetone which takes upto 20-25 minutes to remove the nail polish. This remover cracks the nail polish. Just that you need to file off the layers of the gel nail polish upto 80-90% off the nails. Then apply a thick layer to the nails and it will work within 2 minutes. This remover reduces the removal time by a lot but the quantity is an issue. Otherwise it’s a decent product.
