Possibly the best presence sensor ever
Linknlink are slowly taking over in my smart home. This sensor is superb and integrated seemlessly into Home Assistant. I've even now bought the Linknlink ISG MAX which should be here in a few days

Not reliable, save your money.
App didn't work well making setting the restricted zone almost impossible. It disconnected from the network while only 10 feet away from the router. It failed to see me while I was sitting two feet in front of it for over ten minutes.

Great product & works, once setup correctly.
Purchased this Presence Sensor as addition/ progression from the many Smart Plugs & Alexa’s throughout my home. Setting up was relatively straightforward, although I did need to resolve the problem of not having any visibility of this device on my Alexa App (even after linking accounts) so could’nt create any Routines to use the device. To resolve, I contacted LinknLink via Facebook Messenger and they offered superb support & guided me to the resolution by making sure the Zones were named under their Settings & Name Sub-Function. As soon as this was corrected, the device was visible in the Alexa App & Routines could be created. It works great & picks up motion/presence almost immediately. I’ve already decided to buy another for a different room. Great product & would highly recommend.

Great Presence Sensor
First time playing with a presence sensor. build quality is very good, setup was straight forward with the app and then connected it homeAssistant via MQTT. (I created a user for this connection)In the app you can create Zones and it had no problem detecting 3 people in the room at the same time.

Potential to be very good
I have mixed feelings on this product.1) I had no issues setting up a linknlink account, the app is very easy to use and installing and setting up the presence sensor was a breeze. It was also very easy setting up in home assistant. 5/52) The unit itself looks nice and the build quality is ok. The stand it comes with whilst clever feels cheap and tacky. It is also useless if you want the sensor positioned the right way up because the cable plugs into the bottom of the sensor. 3/53) The sensor as a whole host of options which is great, however I am not sure how many of them actually work or impede the sensors performance. For example I set the minimum height at 50cm because i have 2 cats so didnt want the triggering the sensor. However this reduced the sensors range from 7 metres to just under 3 metres and would not detect my presence when walking into the room. 2/54) Customer support is excellent and I was very impressed. When I reported my issue at point 3) above I got a response within 24 hours, I also had a response from their dev team hours later helping resolve the issue, several emails and 2 days later the dev team resolved the issue. 5/55) Now that the sensor was reaching the back of my room and the automation I had set up, the lights were turning on as you enter and would turn off after leaving the room. The only issue I then had was if you are sitting still (watching tv) the lights would turn off. The presence sensor behaved more like a motion sensor then a presence sensor. 2/5All in all I think this could be a great sensor once they have ironed out some of the issues. It is rich in features and a doddle setting up and will bo good value for money. I really think they should go back to the drawing board on the stand though.

Will not detect presnce
Disappointed. It's not a presence sensor. Using it with home assistant. It kept losing site of people in the room. More like a motion detector that doesn't detect motion that we'll.Shame after watching a youtube video I thought I'd get it but it's rubbish.

Might be a bad unit, but it was rubbish
I have the unit pointed towards my side. After a few seconds of remaining still, it indicates that I am out of the room. I am unsure how this is supposed to detect if you are sleeping. It's very expensive for a product that doesn’t work, so I plan to return it for a refund.
