I got this salt after I ran out and have been using it for a few days. It is basic fine sea salt with 2 different ways to dispense. One side has multiple small holes like a normal salt shaker and the other side has one bigger hole if you are trying to add a lot of salt. I like the size of the container, it is easy to hold and a bit taller than expected. The only thing is I wish they had one more dispenser option to allow for a bit more salt than the normal shaker side. Overall, great for your every day cooking needs.

Great for flavoring food, superb for oral hygiene. ORAL HYGIENE - After brushing and flossing my teeth, I put 1 tablespoon of 365 Salt in a cup and then fill the cup with warm water. Then I put the salt water into a Monojet 412 syringe (available from Amazon) and flush out debris from the gumline and between the teeth that are so small the debris cannot be seen, but certainly can be smelled. Stinks! The result is excellent oral hygiene. Yes, it would be much easier to add the salt water to a water pik but salt water will corrode the water pik. It is a bother to use the syringe but the results are worth it! Many people are not aware of the scent of their breath. If bacteria is not flushed out with water and salt, there will be an underlying scent of decay, even after brushing and flossing. The extra effort of mouth and breath care will pay off on how you feel. There will be a lightness, an overall feeling of wellbeing. The Problem of Caking of the salt grains comes from the company deliberatly not adding "flow agents" to the salt. Flow agents enable the salt to run smoothly through the packing machinery without sticking to and clogging the machines. The agents also prevent the salt grains from sticking together. But the flow agents are NOT GOOD for our bodies and our health. HOW TO DEAL WITH THE PROBLEM OF CAKING - I use a single chopstick to break up the block of salt. I use the pointed end as well as the blunt end of the chopstick. EASY to break up the block of salt as well as the chunks that fall off of the block. The salt will flow out quickly, smoothly, and easily. Pour it into the cooking size shaker made out of glass, not plastic, and I don't have any flow problems. I use Lima brand salt (fine grain) in my table salt shaker. I discovered Lima salt while traveling through France and Italy and learned the top chefs use Lima fine grain salt. In terms of taste, the 365 salt comes very, very close to Lima salt. So the 365 salt is an incredible value. I love the colorful leaves design against the white background and the light, airy shade of blue. It is an uplifting sight and conveys fun. Makes me feel good to look at it. It gives a sense of lightness and joy!

Good sea salt. Just not fine enough for my current salt shaker. Very lite flow. The holes need to be a bit larger.

Container has small opening which only allows 1/8-1/4 teaspoon out at a time. Not very practical when you need 2 Tablespoons in your cooking. I will buy again because it's good salt at a good price. I'll just keep changing the container.

I have and use a sea salt grinder to season food but I've recently taken up making my own bread which uses more salt than my wrists appreciate. This dispenser makes measuring out what I need a snap. The sea salt is finely ground and dissolves quickly. I consider it a good value for the cost and should I run out, would buy it again.
