Good product I used for sky q extension and no problems good value for money could do with more grip but most of these are the same

For 15 years my rented house has anused satellite dish. I have just discovered my 9 year old Sony TV has a built in satellite tuner. So I needed some F connectors for 4mm cable and a coupler and these were perfect to attach. A scan revealed 789 channels, so well pleased. All this for just £4.49. Yes I do have a free TV licence.

Someone who uses these every day would know that these F connectors are for fairly narrow cable. I bought this pack as a useful way of joining some cable to an existing satellite feed cable for test purposes, and ultimately to avoid having to thread a new cable through and up inside the wall by utilising an existing cable. It did the first part of the job, though the F connectors don't really work well with RG6 or other larger diameter cables, so I had to improvise and take connectors off other cables.I have now ordered other connectors suitable for larger diameter cables, and will see later if those work better.The actual female to female couplers are fine, and I'll order another pack to do some cable splitting and rewiring in my loft. For my purposes the modest cost, even though I'm having to do trial and error to get larger connectors which work better, is worthwhile, and a lot cheaper than paying for an aerial/cable fitter.
