This product started as possibly the best display I have ever used before. Amazing resolution, better than most displays, and easy and user friendly. Could also be portable. HOWEVER, stopped working randomly and completely after minimal use - maybe once or twice a week (even though the power source works fine, and the cable works on other devices). The worst part is that there is no way you can contact customer support for this company. Listed warrantee info of 18 months is a hoax, and the phone number is not in service. When you go on their website they have a chinese number that you cannot contact through whats app because they are not on whats app. so if your product stops to work, you can probably kiss your 300-500 $ a good bye.

Ok we spent over $600 on 2. To be far 1 might have been another brand but both have same issue. The attach points with the discs and the magnets doesn’t work past a month or two. In fact right past the return point. They know this as they give u extra pads for when it fails. The concept is great . Pay attention manufacturers you must use serious industrial glue and stronger magnets. The stick on discs have the strength of press in nails to hold up this 2lb (?) monitor. The monitor is nice but the attachment system ain’t working at all and they won’t give me back my money! Don’t buy unless u have strong rubber bands lol 😬💩

...it is real glitchy requiring frequent reset of monitor display resolution. Sometimes can't get the lower monitor to display or any of the monitors to achieve the rated resolution. Will purchase another video cable to see if that helps. Otherwise time to move on to another product. Update: after numerous other cables it turns out it is just the monitor that is the problem. Very frustrating and wasting too much time trying to get it to work as promised. Will need to find a better product.

This is one of the most anticipated purchase I made this year. I travel a lot for work and for school for having extra monitors is a must for me. I have been using separate panels but it's not the most elegant solution. I got this in the hope that I can use 1 cable running to the monitor and 1 cable running from the monitor to the laptop which it advertises. This works great out of the box when I first started using it but on the second day I plug it in, in the same setup, the screen go on and off as if the computer is picking it up then loosing it then picking it up again, for a good 3 minutes. That is not right but this is not something that happens often so I have no fuss over it. However, I started having a headache when I use the screen for an extended period of time. After using this for a few days, I realized that the top screen has this strange effect where the text fringes, if you are familiar with photography, this is very much color fringing. The bottom screen works fine. I reached out to support and they answered the email but it takes a really long time for them to respond to each message and I had mentioned that I tried troubleshooting every which way but it is not helping and it is the physical issue with the screen. I would be very careful with buying and keeping this. I hope the problem can be resolved soon as I really like it if it works correctly.

I bought this thinking I could extend my laptop screen to make it 3 different screens but all it does is duplicate or splice. They do indicate with the asterisk that the HDMI way doesn't extend to 3 screens however, the other way they mention which is through USB-C doesn't work either. They need to advertise this as only MAC can have 3 screens with the driver and for Windows only splice and duplicate. Other than that, the set up and screens are beautiful.

I purchased the Dual Monitors on October 8th and absolutely fell in love with the product - I have been using it without any problems, traveling with it etc. loved it until today when it just stopped working. I did all of the trouble shooting to no avail even tried another laptop, different cords, nothing. Called their customer service number which is either busy or drops you every time you call and they do not respond to email - extremely frustrated and hope that I receive some kind of response - if the product still worked it would get a 5 Star rating, that is how much I loved it and it changed my remote job productivity.

Innoview does not work without a driver on a windows even though it says it doesn’t need a driver to be downloaded. I used the usb C cable, plugged it into my laptop and then it says no signal. And it shut itself off. Then I plugged in the other provided usb C cable into power outlet and still no signal. And if you use the provided HDMI cable, then it will not show extended view 3 different things on the 3 monitors (laptop+2 Screens). I bought the HotYeah brand first, looks identical, except hotyeah does not come with HDMI port, but it doesn’t need it either. To compare it with HotYeah brand : plug in 1 usb C cable into the laptop and voila, it’s working!! It powers the monitors either that one usb cable from your laptop. No cable clusters!! Love it. Returning innoview, and keeping HotYeah ($189.99) I like to keep things simple.

From the get go there was nothing but problems. The corner of the product's box was mangled. Also, despite the product being listed as "Black" it was more of a dark grey. I plugged it in and nothing. It appeared to get power, and was detected by my Windows laptop, but nothing appeared on either screen. I tried other cables, other power supplies, the HDMI cable, another Windows system, a Macbook Air M2 laptop, but nothing. I'm not even sure if I got the right item. The label on the back said "INVPM009" and not "INVPM009 05B" as in the product description. Also, both the Windows and Mac laptops indicated that the monitors were reporting themselves as 8-bit SDR screens, NOT HDR as in the image for the item. So, either I was sent the wrong item, or these monitors are indeed not capable of HDR. I don't have to time to try and sort this out, so I just requested a refund.
