Well worth the extra fee for buying it assembled, it came well wrapped with no damages. I bought my office furniture from Dania Furniture over 20 years ago. I needed another file cabinet to match. Since Dania is no longer in business I had to look else where. The grain of the file cabinet matched exactly to my existing office furniture. It seriously looks like I bought everything together! Needless to say I am very impressed and pleased with this purchase. I bought this in maple.

I have purchased about 7 various pieces this Bush Business Furniture in Hansen Cherry. I am a bit neurotic when it comes to office furniture and I wanted something that would last. It had to be able to take the abuse of well….actually using it. I must say that I have been impressed so far. All of the sets came shipped on varying days from different shippers over a one week period. The packing is very impressive. Each piece of wood inside the box is wrapped in foam and/or foam like paper. One box appeared to have taken a beating, but no damage to the items. Several boxes weighed over 120lbs. Assembly varied depending on the item. If it had drawers, it took longer than a desk with two legs. Following the instructions was easy as long as you made sure you chose the correct fasteners for each step. (correct screws) They look very nice with thick laminate and they are extremely sturdy. If you want a commercial grade product at a fair price, look no further.

I've searched for the right office furniture and this is definitely the correct choice. Not only is the lateral filing cabinet sturdy but it allows you to file in two directions, long ways or facing forward at the same time. This isn't important to most people but for me it's two different types of files. PERFECT!! The drawers are solid and they look great too! These are bbf - Bush Business Furniture and I highly recommend these for commercial or home offices. Their customer service is outstanding and they are quick to cover any warranty issues. I speak from experience, I expected the runaround but instead it was immediate and precise. Kuddos to bbf for doing it right!!

We opened the box, vacuumed the factory dust and washed the parts. The assembly went well. The parts were clearly labeled. We were short 6 screws, but we had some in our collection. It would have been nice to have casters instead of feet. The MDF (part D) was not strong enough for a caster retrofit. We opted for felt furniture movers. We can slide it away from the wall to clean. We recommend this product!

Good Quality...would buy again. Shipping and packing was VERY GOOD. There wasn't a chip on any of the 3 pieces we bought with this set. If your like me you worry about shipping large items such as furniture because it so big it's easy to get damaged in shipping. All 3 pieces where packed excellent so nothing would damage any edge or corner. Very easy to put together also. We did a Desk, and a large filing cabinet and a small rolling filing cabinet in about 2 hours from start to finish with no problems whats so ever. Very good instructions and you can measure the screw sizes on the instruction to make sure all screws are the correct type if you are unsure.
