Product defective one why do not return pickup not done? I have raised thebissue within 3 days of product received but not yet done till today. It's almost 23 days so far. Asking for time to investigate why the return pickup not done.

Worst purchase, it's not even a month and it's not powering up. Do not buy this laptop. You cannot claim warranty, no seller contact as well.
