High quality trusted brand
I use this brand as flaxseed supplements, and other supplements by this company and they are high-quality as opposed to others brands. They are cold pressed and the right MG for flaxseed intake (for me). Yes it cost a bit more but again I just want highest quality for health.

Helped my dry eyes
My doctor prescribed flaxseed oil+fish oil for my dry eyes daily. I actually took only flaxseed oil. It did help me a lot! Flaxseed oil alone helped so much that I did not feel the need to add fish oil. Moreoever, flaxseed oil helped make my nails and hair healthier. Usually, I have fragile nails and very dry hair. Flaxseed oil significantly helped my nails ( no splitting whatsoever), and my hair looks healthier right now too. I trust this brand very much.

Al ver el envase tan grande y darme cuenta que sobraba mucho espacio dentro decidí contar a ver si en realidad hay 100 capsulas y al contar la primera ves me salió 96 y a la segunda 101 y a la tercera 101 también, me siento estafado xd pague por 100 capsulas y tengo 1 de mas xd
