I buy this to alleviate nighttime cramps and it works

Really happy with them, easy to swallow and I already trust Bare Biology from using their omega-3. The magnesium definitely helps me with sleep, which is exactly what I was looking for. On top of that, it offers good value compared to many other magnesium options out there. Overall, a reliable supplement from a brand I trust, and one I’ll keep buying.

My only problem is don’t like the shell of the capsule for me it’s hard to swallow apart from that it’s okay

In order to get that 375mg you have to take all 3 capsules out of 180, this won't last long and for 35 quid really should be one capsule per day for that 375mg. However, the capsules are easy to take, and [Magnesium Bisglycinate] is the best form of magnesium there is, as it has the best bioavailable absorption of the various types of magnesium. Worth mentioning that together with magnesium you should take Copper, Zinc, Vitamin D3/K2 the K2 should be from the better MK7 form, reason being is too much of magnesium will deplete other nutrients in the body, and vice versa. This product also comes with MCT oil, so it's a good one for ketogenic diets. I just removed a star because of it's low dosed vs price. It says to take 3 per day, there is 2 months supply, and you can take it with or without food, with food especially a healthy fat meal will boost the absorption rate of the supplement exponentially. This product doesn't taste of anything, it's unflavoured capsule. To make this better, I would slightly increase the size of the capsule to offer more magnesium in one capsule, or add more quantity to allow 180 days worth of Magnesium Bisglycinate at 375mg, at the 35 quid price. Also change the plastic bottle to a darkened glass bottle with a stainless steel lid.
