I have been using Moringa for about three months now. I have more energy, my mood swings with menopause have lightened some and I am even sleeping through some nights and I have never done that in my life. So I feel much more rested. LOVE THE ENERGY.This energy is not jittery. Although the first dose was a surprise... wasn't expecting to feel like I could do a 3 mile walk! 2nd day was much smoother. Been on Moringa just 10 days. I take in morning. It's STILL great. Now, I do also take Shlajit, a concentrated mineral tar-like substance from Himalayas. Amazon sells it also. I like the liquid, with third party testing. Need the proof its real. Shaljit alone did improve my fatigue & depression, which was likely from needing supplements. Although I could feel i wasn't quite where i should be bcuz mornings were quite difficult. After coming across Moringa, I feel so much more like myself, like pre covid me.At 64, and had covid at least 3x, I think I was no longer able to process vitamins & minerals well. Am more aware, able to follow conversations better, eat less, exercise more, and more readily.That's the key: I don't say, "Oh no. I have to go for a dadgum walk still".
