Not what it says it is and cant return

This is an excellent product. Instant relief and so helpful.

I’ve tried various suppositories. This was the most affordable. Unlike other reviews, I felt it melted very quickly. I inserted at night before bed and in the morning it was completely melted… I actually prefer the slower melting ones, but I use these in rotation with the others. Only negative is a few suppositories were only half the size due to air holes. But still worth trying at this price.

I'm on my second box. If you have trouble with BV, itching or any menopause issue this it the product to buy. I wish I would've found it sooner
