I always prefer to take my vitamin C in effervescent form.No really.It doesn't do you a lot of good if you only take it once you get sick. You need to take it routinely to have even a small effect. Otherwise, you might as well take a placebo.Either way...This is a good one.Typical tube of tablets.Nothing really too special, but it's another good option.

These are a nice way to get some extra vitamin c if you’ve got a cold or something you’re trying to recover from. They’re easy to use. They’re economical compared to what you find in a lot of the big box stores. They taste good in my opinion. Not much else to say, good supplement for what it is and easy to use.
