We bought 3 packs for 9 shelves total. Each box had 3 shelves in it like it said. We are using these to make cat stairs on our wall. Like other people said we purchased stronger drywall anchors at the hardware store because we wanted them to be strong enough for our cats to stand on. They are still small kittens but it seems like they will be strong enough. They look great and were quick and easy to instal.

Excellent value priced shelves. Needed a shelf that was 8-10 inches deep and found few (same width) that met that requirement at reasonable price. Sorbus must be reading the reviews, I expected poor hardware, but was surprised that the anchors and screws were very good - as good or better than the drywall anchors I've bought at local hardware stores. Three shelves in the package/shipment, no problem there. The shelves are made of inexpensive materials, per other reviews, but the finish was fine. Easy to install and the mounting tolerances were not great (value price) so you need to carefully level and tighten up things during installation. Using to mount some wifi hardware and they are perfect. Right size, good value and accurate representation on the web site. Pleased with these shelves.

These install differently than most floating shelves. Instead of sliding them onto metal clips, there are two holes in the back of the shelf. The bracket is a u-shape with two long bars that fit into the holes in the back of the shelf. Because these are deeper, those bars make these really sturdy -- and I found installing the bracket to be really easy because I could use my level on the middle of the bracket -- no measuring eight different places only to have a still-crooked shelf.They're a great value, but that also means lower quality materials. The white lacquer chips easily and I dropped one of mine and chipped it immediately. Have to be careful taking them out of the box.

I bought the 9x9 set of 3. I received only one. Even on the paper in the packaging it says 3 piece set with a picture of 3 of them but it only came with one. I will not be using the anchors or screws given because I read reviewed galore about terrible quality hardware and after receiving I can see that the anchors are Not anchors but just plastic braces in a sense, not anchors. Could care less whether it was $5 for this shelf of $20... it’s my money I worked for and spent on a product and I didn’t get all what I ordered. Please send my other 2 shelves.

I didn't have the same problems other reviewers had with the wall anchors, but that doesn't prevent this from being a cheaply made product. The part that is attached to the wall actually has 8 anchors and 8 screws. So far so good. That part is definitely sturdy and secure. My issues began when I slid the shelves over the wall mount. Out of 3 shelves, 2 of them didn't line up with the screws that are supposed to secure the shelves from the bottom. When I screwed them in, I could hear the cracking and splintering. I took one back off to inspect it and saw the inner parts on the back starting to detach around the edges. There was nothing I could do except wood glue and screw it back on since I already had the mount on the wall. The shelves are wobbly because of the screws not lining up and the cheap materials they are made with, but they are sturdy enough to hold what I need them to and don't droop down.

Those bottom screws keep the shelf from falling off the wall but they do NOT tighten to the rods in those pre-drilled indented holes so the shelf wiggles, wobbles and hangs more than 1/4" off level. I had to turn the shelf so that the screws were on the top and mark on the rods. I then drilled a small pilot hole for those sheet metal screws to go into. Then they at least tightened up to where the shelf was sturdy but still hangs down slightly off level. The instructions specifically tell you that those pre-drilled holes should be on the bottom and they are with the bracket arrow facing up, but this doesn't work! Nice idea but no cigar!!

Product delivered is not as advertised. Very cheap finish and cheap hardware. The drywall anchors shattered when trying to install, and now I have huge holes in my wall for no reason. This shelf couldn't even hold an empty growler. Would not recommend for heavy items. Actually, would not recommend at all. Buy something higher quality.

Do NOT believe the good reviews. These shelves are horrible. Not only were the edges of all three shelves banged up, but the manufacturer didn’t pre-drill the holes in the right place so the mounting hardware doesn’t line up with the shelve when you try to install them. Why all the good reviews? I guess too much free stuff being given out for 5-stars.

I was really disappointed with these shelves.They are poor quality and arrived dirty, damaged and the mounting hardware was bent. Returning the shelves has cost me $35.00. I would not recommend this purchase

Nice looking shelves but both packs I purchased were dirty and were damaged/peeling. Quality is poor.

Little disappointed all 3 had crack/ripple on the corner as seen in my photos but they are nice also easy to install sturdy if installed correctly
