This is a quality product that works as advertised. It helps to keep "bad" bacteria at a minimum and replenish your gut with good bacteria. I highly recommend it!

This is a unique product in that it contains 4 strains of bacteriophages that apparently target certain strains of E Coli. Now not all E Coli strains are detrimental to our gut, as a matter of fact certain strains are necessary to not only aid in digesting food but also providing a better environment for other helpful gut bacteria. If everything lives in harmony, we experience a healthy gut.When we travel we are exposed to new strains of E Coli through drinking water, eating food, swimming, even using our hands without washing them. So our gut microbiome can get out of balance and cause distress.While there is no documentation from Life Extensions as to which E Coli strains these bacteriophage attack, I found this product helpful in restoring and augmenting my gut microbiome. It also contains 7 strains of useful probiotics and the pill itself is a master of engineering prowess as the probiotics and bacteriophages are encapsulated to allow them to avoid our caustic stomach chemicals.I finished the bottle and have seen positive results and I will be using it next time I travel.

I love this brand. If I skip a day of taking this, I definitely notice. Can’t go wrong with this supplement.

Still getting used to them

I'm using probiotics since a couple of years. I've tried cheap brands and expensive brands. Since I didn't really notice a difference between brands and all of the probiotics seemed to help somewhat, I sticked with the cheaper ones.At some point I began using different life extension supplements and was usually impressed with their research and ingredients.I wanted to give their probiotics a try and bought the "Balance", which has also dual encapsulation. I felt my gut liked the probiotic, it was better then the ones I used before.But I still had lots of bloating occasionally and also diarrhea (I've dealt with diarrhea for a long time, despite the probiotics).I read an article about the phage technology and it convinced me to try this "GI" probiotic.And it is awesome! My gut felt better each day, diarrhea subsided, very little to no bloating and very regular bowel movements. I'm impressed. I don't often leave reviews for supplements, because I can't always figure out exactly, which one of my supplements delivered my results, but this was very obvious!Gut health is so essential for our overall health, I want to continue taking this product, even if it's one of the pricier supplements.I'm working on hormonal balance and I'm sure this is helping me on my journey!

May as well be a sugar pill. No noticeable difference of any kind. I like Life Extension, but NOT THIS PRODUCT, and it is not eligible to return so no way to get a refund when, not if, you come to the same conclusion that I did.
