Plugs right into my BlackStar Fly-3 guitar amplifier from a 5vdc USB Pedal Power or phone charger. The BlackStar Fly-3 guitar amplifier calls for 6.5vdc, but it sounds just the same running it off of the 5vdc USB Pedal Power or phone charger. Good buy batteries and bulky expensive power adapter mess.

I used these in my entertainment center to replace wall-wart style power supplies to my 2x8port gigabit switches. One is Linksys/Cisco the other is TP-Link. Both use the same 5v barrel plug and this made it a breeze to clean up the wiring mess.

No complaints, it's nothing special though.

I was in the market for a USB-A male to DC male 2.5 x 5.5 mm cable for an ethernet (NETGEAR) switch I have so that I can save up on AC outlets in the wall or surge protector, and instead power the switch on using a USB cable. Bought this guy here and works perfectly! With these, you can hook any router or switch you possess that has the 2.5 x 5.5 mm female port and hook them up to a USB power source since there are more USB ports than AC outlets these days! Super cool and super convenient!

We like it, they work great on 300 & 400 generators that are 5.5. X 2.1 connectors...

good value. I got rid of a few wall warts and bought one USB power hub and powered them from it using this cable. worked perfect

I use these on LED light pucks. They fit snug in the USB and the LED power adapter ports. No issues with the cable getting warm or falling out even when on highest brightness. Beats buying batteries and makes use of old USB phone chargers.

The description says 5.5mm x 2.5mm. What I received was only 2.1mm inside diameter. That’s too tight for my device.
