Its cool to touch and so soothing, love it

Tried and tested over a long period of time - lean to this with every migraine attack. Takes the edge off each time, still as good as the first time I used it. Also use to cool down children in hot bedrooms during heat wave - cools the pillow nicely!

This is a great product for coverage of the head, eyes and face. It can lose coolness relatively quickly if only put in the fridge, cooling it in the freezer is best (but be careful of the initial brain freeze shock!)Easy to use. Comfortable.

Very much does its job very soothing

Despite having it in the freezer overnight, the product doesn't stay cold for longer than 20 minutes max. Not worth the money, in my opinion.
