Works good for me

I am 58 years old and have been taking a spermidine supplement for about 18 months or so. The original supplement that I found on Amazon and have been taking for a that span is a daily dose of 5 mg Spermidine, with 20 mg Thiamine Hydrochloride and 1.5 mg Zinc Gluconate Dihydrate. The only real change that I have noticed is that my cognition is better while taking this supplement, my brain capacity and mental clarity (opposite of brain fog) tend to be better while on a Spermidine Supplement, no real change in energy levels that I have noticed. I have been taking this supplement for about 6 weeks and have noticed that my joint stiffness has gotten worse as well as back pain. I’m thinking that the pairing of the Thiamin and Zinc are good with spermidine and a recent search indicates that high quality spermidine supplements incorporate this into their formulation. I’m going to go back to dr. Emil’s spermidine supplement because of this. It is more expensive but works better for me.

Good stuff. I feel the difference. Noticeable within the first couple of days.
