After long days on my feet or dealing with nagging back and joint stiffness, this ouluu large portable sauna box has become my go-to for real recovery at home. The tent is genuinely spacious (3.2' x 3.2' x 6.0')—tall enough to stand or stretch a bit, and roomy enough to sit comfortably or even recline without feeling cramped. Way better than the smaller ones I've seen. The 3L steamer with 1200W power heats up fast (steamy in under 10 minutes) and pumps out consistent, enveloping heat with multiple temperature levels via the handy remote. I love cranking it up for a deep sweat to loosen everything up—helps with soreness, detox, and just melting away stress. The included big folding chair is sturdy and comfy, and the foot massager (on my variant) is a nice bonus for extra relief. Setup is dead simple—pops up in minutes with the frame, folds down compact for storage, and it's lightweight enough to move around. Safety features like auto shut-off and dry-burn protection give peace of mind if I doze off mid-session. We got this a birthday gift and it truly works amazing. It’s lightweight, easy to put together and take down. It works really well, heats up fast and for a while. It stores well, we took all the bars apart and put them in the tent.

It was easy to set up and great for the three weeks that it worked. After three weeks of using for about 15min every other day, the heating unit has stopped working. At first, it would take about 10 minutes to warm up and start making steam. Now, it gets about 8 minutes in to the warm up process and the unit shuts off. Completely off. No lights, no power. It just completely dies. Once it cools down the lights come back on, but if you try to start it again, it will warm up to just about where it will produce steam and shuts off again. I checked with Amazon about a replacement, but they said too bad, I have had it for too long. One month is about all they expect this to work for, and that is all that mine worked. Was great when it did work, but worthless garbage now.

First off I really love this purchase! I absolutely love the feeling of stepping out of a sauna after 45 minutes and felling my system flushed out. The benefits are really kicking in. On Amazon you can find 10-15 different but same models of this style of a one person sauna. I choose this one for the "extra" benefit of having a mat included. It is so nice to step out and have something to stand on after dripping with sweat. There is only one annoyance and one improvement i wish this model had that is preventing me from giving it 5 stars. The annoyance I think is just a safety hazard which is that recommended 45 minutes max of sitting inside the sauna. The product does take 15 minutes to heat and build the condensation. So when you turn product on the machine automatically sets itself to 45 minutes but if you want to sit inside for 45 minutes you have to keep adding 15 minutes to the timer and wait to get itself ready. I kinda wish it had a preset timer for heating time before the timer of the machine starts registering. The one improvement is once you are inside sitting down you have no way of knowing how long you have before the machine turns off. I wish the machine would beep when have 5 minutes left and another beep every minute after until it stops and you hear a double beep to know your time is up. But overall this is a great product that I truly recommend.

very goodt. not incredibly huge, i’m 5’11 if i stand up in it my head def touches the top but it’s not bulging through it. you will sweat in this mf for sure. the remote can handle the steam inside, you can control the machine from there. hella easy to put together, use, and enjoy. i’ve had it for about 6 months, still holding up strong. and the chair is a nice touch, get to be comfy.

This thing is excellent. I wish I got it years ago. I made a spot for this in my shop and it’s a great way to start my day before wrenching. It loosens my joints and get my brain fired up. Also sweating out toxins are always a plus. It’s hot and steam is good. Only issue I can see being an issue is having to deep clean every month or so to avoid mold. Over all I highly recommend.

Easy to use & works great.

I love that this sauna is larger than most as I am a large man (6’, 320lbs). I chose this one because it was 3.2’x3.2’x6’. It was also on sale for $99 so I decided to give it a try. It arrived in perfect condition and was easily assembled with the only assistance needed was to get the cover on. The heater is rated at 1200W and holds 3L of water, so has plenty of power and capacity for a session up to an hour. At the highest setting (P15), it takes about 15 min to get the steam going, but once it does, it really puts it out and it gets quite steamy inside. I didn’t check the temperature, but I would guess it’s about 110-120 F. Not the 150 F I used to get in a commercial Viking sauna, but not bad either. I haven’t experienced any cons, but the chair is quite small and I didn’t think it would hold me, so I put in an all metal camping chair I got at Harbor Freight. It fits nicely and even has a shelf for drinks, etc. I think I made the right choice; certainly there are hundreds of other choices for more money, but the size was the deciding factor and you can’t beat the price. Even at full price ($189), I think it is a good deal if you need the larger size.
