Why did you pick this product vs others?:I bought two of these. I like mine, but my wife REALLY likes hers. For her, it has cut back on her neck pain big time. I rotate my pillows depending on how my neck feels. Sometimes I use this pillow, sometimes not.As others have mentioned, sometimes it can be better upside-down! That gives the user a place to put their arm. I have found that to be true also. Fear not, they will fit into regular queen size pillow cases. They'll probably fit into double size pillow cases as well. (We have about fifty thousand non-matching queen pillowcases ranging in age from 5 to 75 years old . . .)Yes, I would buy both of these again.

After using this for a week I can confidently say that this is a good pillow for me but may not be ideal for everyone. The pillow arrived vacuum sealed and required several hours before it's shape had fully expanded and ready for use. There was an odor as well that does dissipate after awhile but that's something I'm accustomed to from other vacuum sealed merchandise. The first night I struggled a bit since I needed to align my head so it was getting sufficient support without creating stress on my neck. I'm a side sleeper and after a few days I determined that if I didn't rest my head slightly shifted towards the side and away from the middle then I couldn't fall asleep. I really appreciate that in the brief amount of time I've owned it, I haven't seen any sagging or alterations to the shape.

This is the one. I've been on the hunt for a pillow that would work toward my goal of waking without neck kinks and day-long pain. I have been using it for both for side and back sleeping for a couple of months now...goal obtained, finally. It's firmer than I thought I'd like, but ultimately the pillow knew better what I needed than what I thought I wanted. I love this pillow. Had been using a “regular” memory foam pillow for years and tried out my partner’s who had one of these and knew I needed to up my game. The neck support is really nice. I’m mostly a back sleeper with some side sleeping. My partner is mostly a side and stomach sleeper. Something for everyone! I’ve already evangelized it to others resulting in my family members purchasing, including my father in his 80s who also likes it a lot. Pillow preference is so subjective but this was definitely worth it for the value.
