Such a great baby monitor, Crystal clear video, incredible range ( our baby room is about 140ft away with 6 walls one of which 2 are stone so range was a big deal for us) and battery life, the cry feature works pretty well. We have had infant optics, Panasonic, and mom cozy, jartoo beats them all. The only change I would make is to use a different lens, like some others have said even on the standard settings it’s “zoomed in” quite a bit so you’ll have to mount it high (my camera is at 6ft and the crib mattress is at ~8in from the ground) but this is not a dealbreaker for me. I have had it freeze a few times but I just power cycle it and it finds a new Channel and works fine. The other issue I had was the antenna broke when opening it one day. I called the jartoo support phone number which goes to a cell number, guy was super friendly and just asked for some pictures and replaced the display at no charge.

I went through two other baby monitors before landing on this one, and honestly, I should have just started here. My 15-month-old is finally sleeping through the night, and this monitor has been a huge part of giving me the confidence to let her be. The range is insane - I can literally be anywhere in our house or yard and still get a clear picture. I've walked to the mailbox and it's still connected. Our old monitor would cut out if I went to the kitchen, so this was a huge upgrade. The picture quality is really impressive, especially at night. I can actually see if her eyes are open or closed, which sounds silly but makes such a difference when you're trying to decide if you need to go in or let her settle herself. The cry detection took maybe a week to figure out her patterns, but now it's spot on. It doesn't go off for every little grunt or movement like our previous monitor did. When it alerts me, I know she actually needs something. This has saved my sleep so many times. Battery lasts forever - I think I charge it maybe twice a week? And I carry it around constantly during the day. Even forgot to charge it one night and it made it through until morning. The two-way talk is clear, though I mostly use it to shush her back to sleep without having to get up. The lullabies are actually nice - she seems to like the second one. Only tiny complaint is that the camera needs to stay plugged in, but that's not really a big deal since it sits on her dresser anyway. Would definitely recommend to other parents. It's one of those purchases that actually makes parenting a little easier.

Overall I really liked this monitor until about 4-5 months into having it. Sometimes I will turn it on and have the volume setting all the way up and either the volume won’t turn on or it will turn off while in use. I have no way of knowing this has happened and then I realize my child has been sitting awake in their crib without my knowledge. This could be very dangerous in an emergency situation! Update: when the company saw my review they offered a refund, but then ignored three of my follow up messages to receive the refund. I still have not received a refund for this purchase.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing little camera — way beyond my expectations! The picture on this thing is seriously awesome. It’s so sharp and clear! But the night vision is what really sold me — it shows a super clear black-and-white image that’s surprisingly detailed. The setup was super easy — just plug it in and it’s ready to go. The video quality is great, and the monitor feels solid and simple to use. I love how I can check in on my baby while I’m at work — it’s comforting and fun to interact with him remotely. 💕 The two charging adapters are a really thoughtful touch too. For this price, getting something this clear, easy to install, and without any subscription is amazing. I’m really happy with this purchase!

Bunch of bs. Got it on a payment plan and I’m almost done paying it off and it’s all the sudden having so many problems and just simply isn’t working anymore. It didn’t reach as far as it said it did anyways from the get but it was whatever but now it isn’t even working from room to room forget me even trying to take it outside. It hasn’t been long that I’ve had it and it’s been taken well care of so Idk. Very annoyed to still be paying on something that’s not even usable. Avoid the trouble and go with a better brand that’s higher quality

We have 3 kids 3yr and under. I can tell you from experience that this camera is awesome! It will reach 3 floors and the picture quality is spectacular. We got the 2 cameras on one monitor and it toggles easily between them and is self explanatory.

It's an excellent camera and monitor...when it works. Has trouble staying connected. Will work wonderfully one night and won't connect at all the next. I love everything about this system but if it cant connect at not even half the distance it claims it can, what good is it? For this price it should be much better.

We wanted to see how accurate the range was, so we set it up in our living room and went on a walk to see how far the monitor would go before it timed out (since it says 3000ft range). We got a quarter mile (about 1300ft) before it lost connection. That is pretty good. Our other monitor cuts out when I sit on the front porch (our house isn’t large). Now I’ll be able to do that without worry. Easy to set-up. Picture quality is great. Sound quality is great. It is sturdy. A little pricy, but it functions well, so I’ll give it a break.

Great Range, and video quality for a good price

I thought I was buying a brand new one and when I opened the box it was used. Finger prints all over it. Plastics removed, not charged..everything. Amazon customer service took care of me which is good. The item itself, the video is super clear but it lags and skips. Also for something that you have to put high up on the wall to see your baby, the cord is really short. Other than that, the battery life is good and its not a bad unit but kind of expensive for what it is

This camera although the Audio and the video quality immaculate it’s extremely laggy in across from my sons room and it’s lagging on me… that shouldn’t be happening I’m not even far from him. Be aware the range is not great
