I picked these up during a late-night online spree after yet another restless night. I wasn’t expecting miracles, just something that might take the edge off my broken sleep and leave me feeling a bit less like I’d been hit by a small lorry in the mornings. First thing I noticed was the capsule size. Not tiny, but definitely easier to swallow than most I’ve tried. I’ve had some before that felt like trying to swallow a bit of uncooked pasta. These go down with a sip of water and don’t leave a weird aftertaste, which is a nice change. After taking them daily for a couple of weeks, I started waking up without feeling like I’d been up all night wrestling ghosts. Still the odd rough night, but overall I’m sleeping more solidly and don’t wake up feeling like I need another three hours. That alone makes them worth the money. The bottle’s a decent size, and for 60 capsules it feels like you’re getting proper value. No over the top packaging either, which I appreciate. Only minor gripe is I wish the label stood out more. Nearly mistook them for multivits one bleary eyed morning.

Great vallue

This item arrived in branded plastic packaging. The capsules are the usual size and torpeo shaped so easy to swallow. I did not notice any strong smell, taste or bitter aftertaste. This supplement has a wide range of B vitamins as well as the inclusion of other vitamins. I have only recently started taking them so it is too early to comment on the efficacy of them. They have a high price point but I think that is refelcted in the high quality of ingredients.

If I could rate this product zero i would. Only took one tablet which made me feel ill! It smells and tastes awful it reminded me of bovril and the taste repeated on me for the rest of the day. They are meant to be vegan so find it strange they smell and taste of meat. They are expensive especially when once open you obviously cant return so I paid £30 for one tablet that made me feel nauseous.

Ideal for those who are living active lifestyles as well as beneficial for your overall health the combination of these should help give you more energy and better sleep... my real issue is that they are highly overpriced... Just make sure you drink lots of water when taking...

Excellent

This provides a nice blend of B Vitamins providing a B Complex with an addition of Vitamin C from Acerola Cherry. Botanical sources of Vitamin C absorb much better. All the other Vitamin B sources are also high quality, better absorbed forms. It is Vegan friendly and with a one capsule a day dosage you will get a 60 day supply with each bottle. The capsules, whilst large are still easy to swallow. I like that the ingredients are well thought out and of very high quality. Overall a very high quality supplement.
