My son loves his new bed. It's a great height for him and has so many cool spots to help him stay organized. It was a bit lengthy on the assembly part, but well worth it! I wish delivery prices weren't so hiked up. Still would purchase again though.

It took a long time to build. When I pull the basket drawer out, it hits the cord for the outlet. It is really cool looking, my kid loves it. It feels really wobbly and you have to anchor it to a wall.When it arrived, the container of screws was busted open. The screws and pieces were everywhere. There were soooo many screw lengths. It's like every step needed different screws.

Sold by 3rd party so Amazon can’t do anything to help. Step1 of 49 couldn’t be completed because they didn’t tap the holes for the bolts to thread in. Now my daughter is sleeping on the floor while we wait for a Chinese company to sort this out. It has been 4 days and nothing has been explained or refunded, gaps in the wood, no holes to mount features. This bed is garbage and no one will help you

This bedframe had some screw holes not popped out and some screws don't fit very well. Some of the wood came damaged with scratches and dents while packaged in box. Plus if you need to archer to wall recommend get some 5inch screws! Such a long process and two person job.

I give it a 3 bc the final product is sturdy and works well (except the desk part is very flimsy, at some point I may replace it with wood. But the directions were terrible, many typos when it came to important stuff like bolt sizes. There’s a bold warning to make sure to look at the holes in the instructions photos to see the orientation of the many many parts- but then they added a zoomed in photo box that covered the picture so you couldnt see the orientation. I had to go back and take whole big sections apart and redo because of it. I am very good at building furniture- I make ikea my b word- but this was rediculous to put together, took like 10 HOURS.Also, the bottom step is cut to short so if you tighten it it will completely warp the piece and the foot step would not fit in. Which is what the photo shows. The gap is a bit over half an inch.

Excelente, de lo mejor que he comprado, solo un de talle, el cajón que está cerca de la conexión eléctrica, no se puede sacar porque el cable estorba, pero se ahí en más todo muy bien.

The media could not be loaded. My son has a small room and we were pleased with this bed since he still has space for his homework as well.

The loft bed frame is very sturdy and the guardrails make me feel safe sleeping on the top bunk. The flexible ladder is a great feature.
