I was skeptical, I have to admit. So cheap? I have been using this for nearly 30 days and I am impressed with the product. Wish I had learned of it way earlier before lost so much hair. It's painful, no doubt you have to have some resolve to do this. But I am actually getting some results and it's not just wishful. I am seeing new hair growth in areas that were nearly bald. Where I used to have maybe 3-5 hairs I now have maybe 50. I watched a couple of videos and disinfecting the tool is very important. I bought a specific disinfectant that was recommended. BRIOTECH Topical Skin Spray, Hypochlorous Acid Spray for Body & Face, Eyelid Cleanser, HOCl Facial Mist, Support Against Irritation, Calm Redness, Soothe Foot & Scalp, 8 fl oz, 1 ct. You can get some kind of infection if you don't disinfect properly. I am curious how much regrowth I will get over time. Getting any is amazing and I feel a little dumb for not trying something. According to videos using this with Minoxidil will yield better results but once you start Minoxidil you have to keep using it and it's toxic to dogs. I didn't want to risk my dogs liking my hands of head and getting sick.

This item has helped regrow hair quickly. Where I had thin, bald spots, it has increased blood flow and grown hair follicles. This is used along with a medicated spray that helps hair growth. It has made a world of difference!

This derma roller does what it's supposed to do: poke tiny holes in your skin. I tried it on one hand and in a month or so I'm going to see if there's any difference in skin texture. It's kind of weird intentionally poking yourself, but it really doesn't hurt. The directions indicate that you should go vertically, horizontally, and diagonally ten times in each direction. You'll know your doing it by the time you get to diagonally, but it's just a minor irritation. If you don't know about how needling works, look it up to see if it's right for you.
