I was looking for inexpensive colored pens to give to my son to scribble with. I wasn't sure these would be great, but purchased because the price was good. Well to my pleasant surprise - they are great quality. I am actually going to purchase more FOR ME for work, etc. And I love the array of colors they offer, the feel of the pens - they just look good. Definitely recommend!

I've been using Mr. Pen products at least 6 years and the company never disappoints. I purchased these pens as treats for patrons of my Little Free Library but kept a few for myself. The colors are enchanting, the pens feel good in my hand and write well, no smearing.

Pretty good pens after a week of having them a few had a problem with having to shake it to come out ..the colors are nice if you want pastel gel pens

These are the best pens I’ve ever used. Other people say they’re not vibrant, but they just have a more muted tone which I absolutely love. The pen case itself is super soft and the ink is so smooth. The pen case doesn’t match the exact color that comes out with the ink but it’s still very beautiful for five bucks. I would literally buy 40 of these and my husband now wants to set as well! They also came with a lifetime guarantee and a cute note from the teachers in Louisiana! So special!

I saw a video pen test of these exact pens on social media that showed some great results. I wish I had gotten the same great results. In the video, the pens appeared smooth and the colors vibrant. I thought they might work for adding highlights to coloring book pages. However, I probably won't use them for coloring, since they just don't seem like they will work well. I appreciate how well these pens were packaged. They were shipped with plastic spacers on the clickers to keep the pens from shifting in transit. There was a waxy seal on each pen to prevent the ink from drying out before they came to me, and even included a cute little mustache sticker. I had high hopes for these because they seemed like good quality and carefully packed. Unfortunately, once I started playing around with these, I wasn't as impressed. The lighter blue pen is scratchy and seems dried out. The other colors aren't juicy and smooth as I'd like. If you write slower, they might work, but don't seem like a great option for quick note-taking. I tried a quick coloring test with these, but the pens seem to skip and the ink is thin. When dried, this ink looks chalky and has a matte finish. Although there are 10 pens, a couple of colors are VERY similar. The yellow and orange are very close. The two green colors are almost the same color, especially when used over a black background. There is NO white color in this set. In the images included, the white is a gel pen from a different company. I'll keep these and probably use them for occasionally jotting down notes, but I wouldn't recommend them for coloring.

These pens are by far the best pens I've ever used. They don't bleed, they flow consistently, and if you like precision writing, these are the pens! Just ordered another set in different colors. P.S. They come with a really cute little mustache. Ten stars,Mr. Pen!

This review pains me to write. I am such a Mr. Pen fan!! Our homeschool is full of their products. But, these pens just aren’t good. Maybe I got a bad batch? They barely write. I keep having to go back over spots repeatedly. So far, all of the colors have written the same way. Such a bummer because the colors are so fun and the pens themselves are adorable and feel good in my hand. The ink just ruins it for me.
