I recently had knee replacement surgery. My replacement leg ended up longer than my other leg. As a result, I needed something to help even out my legs. I have tried the Dr. Tucker Heel Lift and another brand. Of the two, Dr. Tucker seems much better. It is comfortable in my shoe, can be built up to the size you need and also had more support than the other type that I was using. I like the fit in the shoe, the comfort on my heel. I do not feel any slipping at all when wearing them. This is even though, in one pair of shoes that I don't wear as often, I did not stick them in with the self-adhesive side. Very nice find!

After a hip replacement I ended up with one leg longer than the other which cause pain in my back if stood in place for very long. I decided to try a shoe insert and discovered Dr Tucker+, they are comfortable and have relieved so much of the pain and discomfort I was experiencing. The clear inserts work great on flip flops and sandals and are practically invisible. I’ve left them in tennis shoes and put in the washing machine and they come out perfect. I use them in all my shoes.

They are very durable. Has helped my daughter a lot with evening her out she is 1 1/2” taller on the one side because of scoliosis.

My son has a discrepancy in his leg lengths. His doctor recommended a heel lift to help with the pain it puts on his hip and knees. He is a teenager so he's very choosy about what he will actually use. We went through several different inserts until we came across these. He likes how comfortable they are and that they don't slide around in his shoe. He actually wears them all the time and they have held up! They have help provide pain relief for his hips and knees. They are easy to adjust them to the size lift you need. We went back and ordered more for his other shoes.

These were ok. I like that they are adjustable, but wish they were made of a stiffer and sturdier material. And wish they could be moved between different shoes.

Great for my daughter’s uneven hips. We put all four layers in one shoe and it helps her walk with less of a wobble. Super comfy, supportive, and durable. We add additional double sided tape to help it stay put at the very back of her shoe. She wears a size 2 shoe in kids, and this heel insert fits perfectly.

No stability

Bought this less than a month ago and it is already flattened. I needed the 3/8" to 1/2" lift which these were supposed to do. Well, it worked okay for a couple of weeks but that was it. The layers gradually just kept getting flatter until it was barely 1/4". I only wore it when I went out and had to do more walking. I am not a large person, 5'6" 140 lbs. It really is now no better than a cheap insole. Will try something else more sturdy.
