I am completely sold on Red light therapy. I have bought numerous red light pads. The first one had a remote that snapped onto the pad magnetically. Those remotes are a bit bulky and prone to break down right after the return window closes. The next one had a plug-in remote that you can use with or without electricity or plug it into a battery pack. But there's a lot of wiring attached. Then I found this one. It checked all the boxes. It's smaller in size but fits perfectly across my stomach or on my lower back, my neck, over my shoulder or around my knee. It has one button that lights up in a different color based on the power level of the lights. It does both red and near infrared at the same time and also has the pulsing light feature. It's a set time of 20 minutes. I have used this twice a day for a week and finally needed to recharge it. It's the most convenient portable one of all that I have bought. Most of all it relieves pain!I am very happy with this purchase.

This is the 3rd one I’ve purchased. Read about infrared light therapy so bought one last fall & it really seems to help with my muscle & joint pain in my shoulder. Sent one to my son who was recovering from a pulled hamstring, he said he felt it helped him & my granddaughter used it for cramps. The reason for only 4 stars is due to the fact that I had to replace my 1st one when the wires tore.

Great size for any place you may need it....neck, wrist, hand, knee, elbow, hip, etc. The velcro strap adheres securely making it very functional when you place the red therapy where you may need it and it staying put. It heats up nicely, but not too hot, it feels great! After charging the pad it stays charged for days, making it convenient to use without having a cord attached. It is too early to see the long term effects yet, but I am very pleased with my purchase.

One star because it was great while it lasted. Lasted exactly 1 month and 1 day. No joke. No longer takes a charge. Super disappointed.

I give this a star because it turns on and off. Another star because the red lights do turn on. And one more because it is supposed to have 3 different settings and it seems to have those. My biggest hangup with the thing is, does it do anything? I can't feel anything happening and there is certainly no heat. The other hangup is that it has 3 settings, including a flashing one but absolutely no information on when to use each setting or what the numbers even mean. The poor instructions manual says the flashing light setting is 10 Hz. What's that supposed to tell me? I'll use it and if I find pain relief, I'll change my review.

This pad was great for a few weeks but then it started shorting out. At first, I thought it was due to low battery but the lights fade in and out even when fully charged (and not on pulse). That and it appears to be getting worse.I am rather gentle with the pad, so I don't see any cause for an electrical short, other than a defect or the wiring was cheaply put together.Unfortunately, with a 30 day return policy and no way to contact the seller or manufacturer through Amazon, I am SOL on this purchase.I recommend not making the same mistake.

Great bed light therapy for several body areas. Foot, knee , back and more. The?Setting goes from 650 to 850. Works great if used 2 x per day .Has other setting from L1 to L2. He easy to put on and covers a nice surface area.I wish the instructions were better detailed. But it's easy to figure out
