I've been using various supplements to build muscle in my 40s, including this. I gave it the full bottle a fair try while lifting weights 3-4 times a week, plus other cardiovascular exercise. The result is "meh". Maybe it helped a little, but the marketing is out of control.To be clear this is not steroids, and I wouldn't consider this "extreme anabolic" anything. The two main active ingredients are 20-beta-hydroxyecdysone and turkesterone supplements. You can do a quick search and see studies. One has a lot of studies about growth in plants and insects, there are some human studies as well, but not quite as thorough or the research as conclusive or finding nothing. For example, here is one conclusion: "For athletics, it's unclear which dose is effective in humans. One study found 60 mg daily to be ineffective, though safe over the short period of 8 weeks. ".I couldn't really tell much if any difference at all. I didn't have any negative side effects either. The pills are easy to swallow. That said, they are not extreme, and the value the represent is not great. Overall I debated between 2 and 3 stars. I would not recommend this.

While pricy this is one supplement that actually improved a few areas like energy and sleep. Definitely felt stronger and my joint pain was less. The other supplements since haven't been able to match the effects of this one. I wish it was in my budget to continue taking because it was the best so far for me.There was no odd taste or smell and no stomach irration.

Turkesterone and ecdysterone have mixed research on their effects on muscle growth and other anabolic effects. Though the research was compelling, but mixed, there is enough evidence that I wanted to try this supplement. No over the counter supplement is going to compare to AAS, but consistent usage may give you an edge over not taking it.I can't speak to the effects, but the capsules are easy to take and seem to be well manufactured. They're filled with a white powder, though Turkesterone (one of the ingredients) should be a brownish powder. Not sure if they're refining it or dying it to get their result, just something to note.I'm going to keep taking this, but at nearly $1 dollar per capsule (each serving is 2 capsules) I can't justify the price, personally.5/5 since though the claims are exagerrated, the ingredients are research backed and they seem to be at clinical dosages.
