Tart cherries naturally have melatonin in it. I still have not figured the best time for me to drink this to wake up when I want to wake up. However what I think might be good for me, is to drink only half of one of these individual bottles. And that's what I'm going to do this evening. This evening I'm going to drink half of one of these individual bottles. It does have a great taste too and has a tremendous amount of nutritional value. If you want to know the nutritional value of tart cherry juice just ask the internet and there are many articles written by physicians.

Also, it indicated to be made of 65% juice. 80 calaries, carb 19g/7% daily value, sugar 19g protein 1g and potassium 29mg. Hope I've helped.
