Love these supplements for menopause
Love these supplements to reduce some of my menopause symptoms. I've been taking them for 12months & definitely notice a difference when I run out. They lift/soothe/reduce some of my symptoms such as dry itchy skin, low energy, body aches, brain fog. I've recommend them to my friends. Yes they can be expensive, look out for special prices on Amazon

Great addition to my regime
Bought this after extensive research into more natural perimenopause support. No weird side effects, happy to say I felt much better mood wise since I started taking this. Good value for money and no issues swallowing. Been taking this for 2 months now and finding it very effective in easing symptoms of perimenopause.

Great product. After reading reviews, I decided to give these a go. I now have them on repeat purchase. Brain fog gone after a couple of weeks. I honestly thought I had the early stages of dementia thanks to perimenopause hitting me hard. These tablets have helped immensely. I would highly recommend. The free app is also really informative.
