By far, the most effective Chelated Magnesium Glycinate I’ve used. Chelated Magnesium is highly absorbable into the body. Really helps me relax and have sound sleep. I wake up well rested and ready to go.

I like this magnesium glycinate. It helps me feel calmer and less tense. It does help me fall asleep. I do not stay asleep though. I tend to wake up around 3:00 a.m. I did have stomach upset at the full dose, including cramping and diarrhea. Cutting back to one capsule fixed that for me. Good product. Just start low if your stomach is sensitive.

I usually wait to write supplement reviews bc it really does take some time for supplements to adapt to your body, but this is pretty good stuff. I’ve only taken it twice and I can feel a difference in helping me relax before I lay down. It’s recommended to drink 1-2 hours before bed. Not on the label just in general if good sleep is what you’re looking for Who am I? A stressed out perimenopasual woman who’s knocking on 50’s door. I mentally take my work home with me (not on purpose), I’ve done all the things for good sleep hygiene but I still suffer. The taste is really good. I purposely picked this higher mg per the other brands. Also helps move things through the system if you know what I mean. My deep and rem sleep have been a little better since taking this for a couple nights.

I monitor my sleep with a smart watch. I was not scoring very well, many interruptions during the night would wake me up then I could not get back to sleep. This Magnesium Glycinate has improved my sleep score from 50-60 to 80-90. This means I was only getting just over 6 hours of interrupted sleep. Now I am get well over 7-8 hours sleep and I do not wake up during the night. What a difference a good nights sleep will make!

After waiting the 2 or 3 months. This product works very well for sleep. Ive tried melatonin without success. If you are willing to wait for results this is a good one.

Crazy sweet, crazy sour, so much that they make my jaw go into cramp I’m not a fan of the flavour I’m afraid, if these had the sourness and the extreme sweetness removed then they’d be perfect
