I have purchased a transparent case cover for my earbuds and returned it due to a defective product. I have also had a very bad experience with Amazon and the delivery person.My return was not picked up by the delivery agent, because of the color mentioned as black in the description. It is not my fault, and also the delivery agent marked the reason as customer not accepting the replacement. Because of that, I cannot contact customer service to inform my issue.i lost my money

Overpriced and Not upto the mark!
The Carabiner (Hook) provided is of poor quality which can literally break any time... I wished they used a better quality Hook. The adhesive is fine, for now it hadn't come off but not sure with the further usage.. The case looks and feels premium however, it also protects the inside case from a drop.. but the rubber case is attracting a lot of dust from day 1 itself which I didn't like... It also lacks charging port protection, it would be better if they gave it... So I didn't find the product worthy for the price... It's way too overpriced for what it offers..

Charging port hole is not aligned properly
I purchased the OnePlus Nord 2R Buds case and the overall quality is good. The material feels strong and fits well. Only one concern — the charging port hole is not aligned properly, which makes it slightly difficult to plug in the charger. Apart from that, everything is fine.
