March 2022 and it works great!! I tried it making homemade donuts for the 1st time & they turned out soft & sooo delish

I have noticed this too, but I think they make a large batch of yeast with the same expiration date and then don't make another batch until it's closer to the time (March 2022). I use mine up so fast, it doesn't really matter to me, but I am sure you are concerned. I guess I would only buy one 3 pack so you are current.
