I ordered this sample pack, and I've eaten the blueberry pie bar. It's simply the most satisfying and nutritious protein bar I've had, and I've tried at least 20 different bars. The flavor and texture are closest to the RXBar, only slightly better and less sticky. Then you've got the macros-28G protein and 14 grams carbs-and it includes allulose, which has been shown to have beneficial health effects.The most impressive thing about this bar is how satisfying it is--I didn't have the slightest urge to eat anything else for 5 or 6 hours-on 150 calories!In fairness, it's not the best tasting bar I've had, which is the Power Crunch Peanut Butter or Chocolate mint. But the David Bar, for about half the calories, is immensely more satisfying, has healthier ingredients, and tastes pretty decent. I'm switching over to these, even though they cost nearly twice as much per bar (although about the same per gram of protein). And I get hungry within a couple of hours after I eat the Power Crunch bars--they're really more of a protein-rich cookies. Flavor is important, but it's only part of the overall experience. I'm extremely happy with the David bars-and I paid for them.

$10+ dollars a bar? Was a big fan of David’s bars but when I brought their attention to the fact that a 6 bar variety is $25 on website and I only got 4 bars (didn’t notice difference bc it was same price as my 12 bar packs) for $39, they told me to deal with Amazon. FYI these bars are awesome but not $10 awesome. I’m not down with buying 2.8 grams of protein for a dollar.

I’ve tried a lot…LOT of protein bars. You name it and I’ve probably tried it so at this point I’ve pretty much narrowed my purchases down to Barebells and Healthy Eating on the Go bars. I just couldn’t resist the David advertising and when I saw this sampler I decided it couldn’t hurt but really had low expectations and SURPRISE!! They are fantastic! Great texture…soft…kinda cookie doughish with little crunchy bits…the flavors are spot on with even a buttery note in the cookie dough flavor. I recently bought the new peanut butter flavors from their site and those are fantastic as well. So now I have 3 different go to bars. Oh yeah and they have the best macros out of all which might not matter to you but given my occasion pauper macros in a deficit these are perfect!

Buyer Beware!! This specific item is for the FOUR COUNT sample box. That brings the price per bar to over $9. I thought it was a regular size sample box. I did not see the actual unit price until I came back to look at my order after receiving my Amazon package containing only four bars. My 3 stars is only for this particular item. Everyone in my family loves the bars and I will give them 5 stars even with the regular price.

Because of physical and digestive issues, I rely on protein bars to get enough protein. I eat at least two of them a day. My top choice in Kirkland, because I like their taste and texture, and they are reasonably priced - in fact, a bargain. However, I recently started to research other options and came across David bars as being well regarded. I bought the sample pack, even though I had no intention of eating the blueberry. I found them to be tasty, with no bad aftertaste. Their size and caloric content is excellent, and with 28 grams of protein, they are what I need. The texture is okay, but I wasn’t expecting rice crispy things in them, so that was not preferred. However it was the price that will prevent a repurchase. At about $4.00 per bar, they are too expensive. And they should be offered in options other than a controlled sample pack of 4 or 12 bars for $40. One should be able to buy what they want.

The reason Im giving the two stars instead of one is because I love the idea of this bar.I was so excited when I found a bar with only 150 calories, 28 grams of protein, and no sugar how can it even be real! The price made me do a double take because I couldn’t believe I was about to pay 20+ for 4 bars, (Currently spending $20 for 18 Lara bars) but I thought you know what, for what I’m getting from the bars why not! It may feel worth it!When they arrived I started with the chocolate chip cookie dough there is flavor but not much and I thought ok maybe I’ll like another one. Today I tried the brownie even less flavor. If you are going to make a bar with a dream mix of calories/protein/sugar you have to still somehow find a way to make it have even just a little taste to it. It was like eating a spoonful of raw protein powder.You all have a GREAT concept.... but keep working on it. This should not be your final version of this product for now I'll have to accept more calories and pay less a for the sake of flavor!I never submit reviews but I know everyone gonna want from this bar what I wanted and its going to fall short of expectations.

This company, Griyeet Global, charged me $39.99 for only FOUR David variety protein bars, which equates to $10.00 per protein bar. That is outrageous! I bought 12 bars from the actual David company and they only charged $39.00 (for 12 bars) while this company (Griyeet Global) sent me only four variety protein bars for $39.99. They make you believe that you’re getting 12 variety protein bars, while you receive only four. Don’t get scammed like I did!

I tried these on a whim as I saw how high protein they were, which is what I was looking for in a protein bar. I love that they have no added sugars. Sweetened with Monk Fruit. Flavors of each are strong - especially the Blueberry. I was initially taken aback by the Blueberry and wasn’t sure I liked it, but by the 2nd box I got, I decided it’s good. The other 3 flavors in the assortment are delicious. My favorite is the Brownie. Rather than buying a box of all one flavor, I have chosen to keep ordering the assortment to have a different bar each time. These provide more protein than other protein bars I have seen. Highly recommend.
