My wife and I are expecting our first baby soon. We needed a way to monitor the temperature in the baby's room as it is on a different floor of the house. While the baby is in our room a simple temp gauge works, but how do we check when they are sleeping...? This weather station was the answer for that! The remote sensor works perfectly! The setup is not the easiest, but once it is setup, it is very easy to use and read. This perfectly fit our needs and seems to be a well made product.

The setup is pretty straightforward if you follow instructions. I walk my dog several times per day and I always want to know the weather outside before I leave so I placed it by my door. The device also shows indoor temp and humidity level which is perfect for me.

So small and convenient to access important information daily !! Easily fits anywhere in bedroom and comes with alarm clock for use as needed. (weekly or daily) Includes moon phases and weather forecast, with temperature and humidity readings updated every 30 seconds. LED enhanced.

Screen is large enough to be read from across the room and the adjustable brightness levels are very much appreciated. Can’t speak on battery life as I have it plugged into an outlet. So far it’s working as intended.

First off I don't usually review something until I have had it for awhile, but here goes. Price is good, display is easy to read for about 10 ft Had a little trouble setting it up. The user guide is a little hard to follow and I had to do google searches to find out what some of the things mean that the guide did not explain. For a little bit it would not update the information for The outdoor transmitter but after a little playing with I had found out I had put it on the back wall of my back porch but ended up putting it on a outside wall which put it at a 90 degree angle to what it was on the other wall and it started work then. Over all after the frustrations of setting it up I am pretty well please with it and will be further if it don't die on me. The weather channel unit I had was basic but it lasted for several years, maybe this one will too. Oh yes I saw pictures of it being mounted just below a flat screen tv which looked good to me so I put mine there. but I quickly realized that the heat from the tv was radiating down to the unit making it show a higher indoor temp so I don't recommend putting it there.
