Need to check the time and stocks? What about the weather and computer hardware stats? This neat clock does all of that and it’s a usb hub with type c display. On top of that you can also make apps for it if you’re code savvy in python. It has a basic web interface to set it up on your home network and to connect to it for different apps. Easy to use and fun to interact with. The display is crisp the LEDs set the mode for that RGB gamer rig or to vibe to. Awesome gift for anyone who is a tech person or just wants a neat desk clock with some extra functionality. The only thing I wish it had was a speaker for the alarm.

It looks bigger in the picture, the unit is quite small; the setup isn't that complicated, you link the unit's wifi and set it up on your phone or tablet; however, the control is not very nice to use, it use a rotary knob to scroll the menu and push for confirm, one extra button for going back, because it is very tiny, if you need to frequently switch between your apps, it might be tricky to use and I don't have big handThe weather is not as accurate as your phone app since your can only set your city for the location, won't be able to show the more updated one base on your area since it doesn't link to a GPS location, so if you city weather (wind) can vary a lot base on you area and you want a accurate weather for your area, this might not work, sometimes the temperature will off few degrees as wellBut the biggest complain I had will be the RGB light, you have to scroll through several layers of menus to turn it off, I got this for my kid as a bedside clock, the RGB can not be dimmed like the screen, and the DND setting also don't dim it, wish it has a separate button for turning it on and off, the small control knob now played a major factor

Very nice little dock for my MacBook. It is smaller than I was expecting but very functional. The coolest think is that you can add 'apps' to it. You can even create your own apps using Micropython, which is a scaled down version of Python for electronics. The web site has all of the details on programing it. I've very happy with it.

I love this device so much. It looks great on my desk and serves multiple purposes. I love how you can customize the side screen with things like a calendar, local weather, stock and crypto prices, and a lot more. You can turn the LED lights on the back off if you don't care for them, too. I would love to see a newer version of this though that has faster USB, like USB 4 or 5. Other than that, this is a near-perfect desktop hub.

UPDATE: Thanks to Sunny and the dev team at Vobot we were able to resolve the issue. They found a bug and are working to correct it. Thanks again everyoneI was super excited about this device and couldnt wait to set it up. After multiple days of attempting to get this to work i contacted support, which they are very nice. They even sent me instructions how how to update the firmware and everything, still didnt work. But after proving that my wifi is not the issue and provided all the information to them regarding specs, security protocol, channel being 2.4MHz, etc. i was told to try my phones hot spot. The device connects just fine with that but i cannot run that 24/7 so this basically is an expensive paper weight. You need to be connected to the internet to literally do anything on this device, including getting the time and calendar.Not worth the trouble.

Super happy! Easy set up, easy to read graphics, and it powers all my USB periphs perfectly.The LEDs are a nice touch. Some apps only work with iOS if you are on a Mac like the "Now Playing" feature. I am not sure why they went that route. It works great if you have your iPhone or iPad playing music but if you are using your laptop/desktop then that feature is not available. THat's really the only quirk that I can point out. But, I didn't get this to tell me what I am listening to and what I did get it for it does perfectly.

Update***So figured out that my new laptop has the option of being a wireless hot spot. so now i can connect this to my laptop hotspot. So now that it is always connected seems to work great.****Bought this for my personal laptop that i take to work. so that i have a dock that i can leave another display and ethernet cord and usb hub plug in and just connect this unit to my laptop everyday.only downside that is saw of setting this up is that you have to connect it wifi. and you can't skip that step.if i have Ethernet connected then you should be able to skip that step. had to turn on my phone hotspot to get past it. that should be in the setting to do and not the first thing that pops up when you power it on.

Good quality, easy to configure and adds a little touch of "future cool" to my workspace.
