These are so good! These are my first kegal balls excercise weight and toy. Upon opening these I was impressed by how nice the packaging was, total in privecy eco friend food grade resealable package.Along with black bag ,moble phone money packet and moblie ring stand just what I need for my phone. When taking everything out I noticed the balls had a knocking sound (video included), however after these are placed inside you the noise isn't very noticeable when walking around or my running. Great user instrucation, it's have Step By Step instrucation. Because of knocking balls motions, it honestly feels amazing with a little surprise JOY when you are Squeezed muscle. These are very comfortable and I would definitely recommend TO ALL WOMAN OUT THERE.

I am a first time of Kegel Ball user, I will said only in three days for about 10 minuets each time when I am doing my yoga, already notices the difference and improvements. I used them with my Aloe Vera gel, Kegel Ball feels heavy and keeping wanted to slip out at first day, but when I was exercise more each day, I definitely see much better control, my pelvic muscle was able to hold it longer.
