Update: has had this almost 10 months and it is rusting and chipping and falling apart. Unfortunately have to look at getting something new. Will make sure to not do another one like this again. Not the greatest quality. The kennel divider doesn’t “lock in” in the back it just rests on the back panel and can easily be pushed around. The coating on the kennel is rough so it does make it harder to wipe down and clean. Mine came damaged with bent legs, damage to the locking piece on one side and the trays broken. So not a great experience for me. We have fixed it so that it is usable and bought a replacement tray. I put in a ticket with Amazon that the order was damaged upon arrival and I was just told to tear it down and send it back in the original box, but the box came to me ripped and missing pieces. The only thing holding the box together was the metal strapping wrapping the box. We have since “fixed” the kennel to be functional, but highly disappointed with the item

I have been reading some reviews that were totally absolutely opposite of what I noticed. I am a single 65-year-old woman who put this crate together by myself was so simple to put together. There’s not one place where it’s missing anything; all the places are lined up if you do it right; also it’s very sturdy and big enough.

I bought 3 of these alleged rust resistant cages in May OF THIS YR(2025) and ALL 3 OF THEM HAVE COMPLETLY RUSTED OUT. 1 of them I can't even use it because BOTH OF THE DOORS HAVE FALLEN OFF. AND THE OTHER 2 AREN'T FAR BEHIND. ABSOLUTE WORST DOG CAGES I'VE EVER PURCHASED. TERRIBLE QUALITY and it only took about 3 months for them to get this way, I just didn't have the time to take pictures and do this review until now.

Gates fell off after 1 month of use

The first time the item arrived, it was defective and I had to send it back. The second one came, but was still of poor quality - finish flaking off, sloppy welds, sharp spots. It took a lot of time and effort to assemble, because it didn't line up properly and the instructions were not detailed enough to be helpful. It mostly works. It is rated to hold a large dog, but is too short for my 45 pound puppy to stand in. It is supposed to be escape proof, but my puppy by day 2 had already bent the bars almost enough to get his head through. It left him with a scraped face from the rough finish. I'm not happy with the purchase, but think of it as a lesson learned and a reminder that you get what you pay for. I should have spent more to get quality.

First it was late getting here. Second it did not come with instructions nor any of the hardware to put it together. Third none of the holes lined up so it had to be manhandled to make the hardware fit that we ended up buying at Lowe's since we had to get it put together today. And last but not least it also is not the same one pictured The locks on it are different this one also looks almost like the rhino spray you'd put in a truck the o e in the picture is a kind of smooth metal. So not as advertised in the pictures definitely would recommend ordering a different one from someone else. If I could give zero stars I would of!!
