I’ve used this massager daily for 6 months & it is the best! I use it with my morning meditation laying down. My migraines have completely disappeared & I have more neck flexibility. I’ve even recommended it to friends.

Heating Wave Vibration Electric Dr. Meeti Cervical Pillow I received yesterday.It is a fraud. The device came used, without the plastic wrap, with fingerprint stains. The remote control controls nothing; it is there, dead. After 5 hours of charging the machine, I tried to use it. It only vibrates. Any other functions are nonresponsive. I would try to return it now. It is not relaxing. Design doesn't fit the neck, it vibrates somewhere on the back of your head. It is impossible to push it to the neck and keep it there. Something is very wrong with this device.

Bought this after seeing many videos of a higher priced model, and this works great for me. Low cost, and highly effective at helping with the bulging disk in my neck.

I read most of the reviews which were not very favorable, but there were a few comments that were positive so I thought I would give it a try. Bad decision. I got the product new, still in the box, charged it as directed and never could get the product to turn on. Very disappointing as I was really hoping to be one of the positive customers.

Item was great until the battery in it wont charge or run the device. I have maybe used it 7 times since I have had it which was 2 months ago. Do NOT buy it unless you want to be returning it. Oh and better return before 60 days.

Great product! Husband has been struggling with mobility and pain in his neck ever since he had neck surgery. This product offers heat and electric tens/ vibration. He says that it has helped with muscle spasms and pain. Remote works well and the machine is easy to use. No fuss and the material is comfortable without losing its shape.
