The control knob is not in the OFF position. Please turn it to OFF before powering on the machine.

The machine is running but no water is coming out and I can't make coffee, what's going on?

1. Please make sure the water tank is placed correctly.

Why isn’t the temperature of the coffee hot enough?

If your coffee doesn’t taste hot enough, it may be caused by not running a pre-heating cycle before brewing. Please try pre-heating the brew head, tubes, portafilter, and your mug by brewing a double espresso without adding any ground coffee.

Can I refill the water tank after it runs out?

Not recommended. The machine is brewing coffee but no water in the water tank. when you refill the tank and brew, no coffee will come out.
