It is good to save money however I believe when it comes to measurement tools its more important to look for accuracy. I was somewhat doubtful about this blood pressure machine because of low price and coupon. But when I received and tested it, I was quite happy. Following is some of the reasons:1) Accuracy: I compared it with my previous BP machine and found it to be quite accurate2) The cuff is of good size and has high quality Velcro fastening3) The display is big and perfect. Although the speaker is small but is clear4) I also like that it has USB C port so no need to carry dedicated power supply as I am sure most of us have this common type of adapter5) Ease of use: Similar to other BP machines, it is very easy to useOverall, I recommend it. Just a quick advice. When you get one, take it with you to your next appointment to physician's office for comparison.

This device is accurate as I compared readings to another BP device I have. Both were exactly the same. Although this unit is not rechargeable (that would have been nice), it does support either 4 AAA batteries or a USB-C power cable. USB-C is the latest standard, so it's nice to see this support such a widely accepted jack. The unit came shipped with the voice ON, which is very loud and there is no volume control that I could see. To turn off the speaker, hold down the SET button (which the unit is OFF) and you should see a "SP ON" on the display. Tap the MEM button to change this setting to OFF, then hit the SET button again.

🍀🍀Honestly this crap is no good for people over 40, I never could get it to work! Ridiculous! Thank you anyways! Waste of money! It should be battery operated instead it’s a UB port you have to keep charging! Waste of money!!!!!!!!!!!!

THE GOOD:Easy to use, apparently accurate, can't beat the price. Ability to run off of USB power or batteries is a plus. The talking feature is nice for the visually impaired (although I disabled it to preserve battery life).THE BAD:You can't program date or time so reviewing previous results is pretty meaningless, as is selecting which of two users you want to be. Four symbols across the top of the screen are not described in the manual; one is fairly obviously an irregular heartbeat indicator but no clue what the others are.THE UGLY:The marketing on the Amazon page seems to be created by (or possibly created for) idiots. Happy smiling people having nothing to do with the product. Meaningless drivel about "A brand that combines life with technology" "Festive Christmas gift for your loved ones." Assinine. And the box calls the two pressure readings "systolic" and "espresso"!

Works great if you only need 2 profiles. The voice reading the instructions & results helps my parents since they are older & have vision problems. The cuff is also big enough for them as heavier people (they are obese).
