The bad is big and flimsy, It does work and keeps the food hot , it holds a lot of food but it folds over easy

I bought this bag because I started working for DoorDash in my spare time and the insulated bag DoorDash provides is garbage. I needed something larger that actually closed, this fit the bill. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because the bottom is kinda thin and flimsy. If I could give it 4.5 stars I would. I put a thin piece of particle board on the bottom to make it more rigid. It'll hold quite a bit of food and drinks and it keeps the food warm for quite a while. I even use it when I pick up fast food for myself because I keep it in the car at all times. I saw a couple reviews that said the zipper wasn't very good, I haven't had any issues with mine. If I ever need another insulated bag, I'll know which one to get.

This bag is extra large and SUPER durable!!! It fits 5-6 FULL grocery bags (not piled on top of each other). Keeps things nice and cool, and I'm in Arizona where it's typically 105-110 degrees! GREAT bag and great value for the money!!!

I’m an office manager so I have to pick up a lot of catering orders for my employees. It would always stress about making sure the food stayed warm from pick up to setting up and let me tell you! This was a game changer! I pick up catered food without even worrying about it. Plus the bags are huge so I can fit a lot in one load

The bag is beautiful and gigantic and I was happy with it until one of the zippers came off track, so I figured that’s fine I’ll just use the other one and immediately after the other one came off track. I’ve used it maybe 6 times. I didn’t expect it to be so wide so when I use it for instacart orders I have to make sure the order is large enough for the bag otherwise the items will roll around and not keep it cold enough. Other than that it’s a nice looking bagUpdate: I exchanged the bag for the same exact replacement because I really liked the bag. Once again the zipper came off track so I use the second zipper but the pull broke off. I’ve given this bag enough chances it’s time for me to upgrade to better quality bag.

Great price for the quality of bags. I do large catering orders and needed more bags so I tried this one and love it. I hope to purchase 3 more!

It's big enough to hold large orders, but one of the 2 zippers broke after just a couple uses. The other one still works but it's probably not going to be holding up as long as I had hoped.Update: second zipper pull popped off abd the seams gave out. I only used it maybe 6 or 7 times for large door dash orders.
