The gold grade shilajit is supposed to be a high-quality, pure resin that's harvested from the himalayan mountains. It's said to be rich in fulvic acid, humic acid, amino acids, and trace minerals. This is pretty much in line with the product description claims which says it contains over 85 minerals. The suggested serving dosage is about 300mg which translates into over 160 servings. On the product information they also mention a 400mg (0.4g) serving size which translates into 125 servings. If you take it once a day you should have many months' supply. I mix my shilajit with my coffee first thing in the morning, so I am taking it on an empty stomach. Shilajit does not taste good, but it's something I take for the benefits and not for enjoyment. I find it does provide a boost in energy and concentration. I counter taking shilajit with also taking a glass of water with sodium bicarbonate as shilajit is known for increasing levels of uric acid and I am prone to gout. I would suggest reviewing your use of supplements with your health care provider. The price point is reasonable at middle of the road and that you get several months supply. Overall, this seems like a very good quality product that is also well packaged.

This looks to be like the other diluted or fake shilajit options on amazon, but dressed up into fancier packaging and at double the cost. I'm unable to truly test the composition, but I can't tell any quality difference here between this stuff and other much cheaper shilajit's that were "fake". I'm not sure if this is genuine and pure resin or not, but it's matching up more with the cheap versions than with the ones I've had that were known to be legit. If you're willing to try mid priced shilajit resin, then I'd recommend a different choice that doesn't double the price to make up for the fancy branding. Just go straight to the generic stuff since the quality will be the same anyway.
