These microbiome capsules are a fair size but not so large that swallowing them becomes problematic. They are odourless and tasteless and can be taken with or without food. They can also be taken with antibiotics, which I find incredible as antibiotics always seem to upset the balance in my system, and I hope these would go some way to re-balancing that.There are 30 capsules, and the dosage is one daily, so there is a month's supply. They don't require refrigeration, which is great if you're travelling. My digestive system seems to come to a grinding halt when I'm travelling, and it's reassuring to think I have something of such good quality to counterbalance this.The ingredients look impressive, and the live bacteria are guaranteed until the end of the shelf life, which in this instance is 12 months. The label can be peeled to reveal substantial nutritional information in various languages.These are vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and soya-free. As a coeliac, I must be cautious not to ingest gluten. Not all supplements indicate whether they are gluten-free, and many use fillers and binders that contain gluten. It's refreshing to find a product with good-quality ingredients and clearly state the 'free from' information.It is always tricky to measure supplements' effectiveness, but I have faith that these supplements will benefit me.I have dropped a star for two reasons. The first is the high price—initially, they were £41.99, which I could not afford monthly. They were on sale at £28.34, which makes them possible for me, but they are still on the high side. Secondly, it is a shame that the pot itself is not recyclable after all the goodness in the pot.

I believe this can be recycled, but you have to check with your local area.

Good product very need in daily routine to keep a good level of good bacterias which should prevent infections. Product is very good however if compereing it with a little more expensive product that had effects a little bit quicker. But this product is good foe price

The 15 strains and high amount of CFU seems to be well thought out. The supplement does not need to be refrigerated so this is a really good solution when you are traveling.
