This is an amazing machine. Makes mopping easy. I love the steam feature too, but, it consumes a lot of battery. The main thing is cleaning the machine, which is a breeze. Just set it on the charger and press the auto clean button. You need to remove the roller only once a week to clean it. Cleaning the dirty water tank is also fairly simple. One advice I was given was that you should not clean the dry filter with water, as it could lead to performance issues. The service provided by the seller was top notch. Pratham from Frootle called me and provided a detailed demonstration of the machine. He answered all the questions I posed. He certainly knows about his products. Thank you Pratham. The seller says that you need not dry vacuum before using this mop. But, I have a dog at home, and the floor is typically filled with her fur shedding. So, I dry vacuum before mopping. I love this machine, it makes the floor shine!

DO NOT BUY : it’s a machine but , machines break down sometime and mine did in less than 5 months of its purchase. The follow up and customer service support is SO BAD and Infact the WORST, here in INDIA. It took 4 months of pestering them to help with the machine and all of its parts have been opened. It’s no longer what it used to be, despite it being brand new it’s become an absolute nightmare and it’s a waste of money just because of the people who can not mend it and their absolute absence of support and insight into this technology. BIGGEST DISAPOINTMENT of my life. Their support team makes you feel stupid and dumb saying the machine is like this only. They took the machine after months of failed technical visits and kept it in worst conditions also returned it in the worst conditions … it’s completely screwed. Look at the way they treated it in their workshop with their feet on it and see the amount of dirt on it …. Pathetic company services ever

Good vacuum cleaner for everyday use. The Tineco vacuum is easy to handle, has decent suction power, and works well for regular cleaning. The build quality feels good, and it’s convenient to use. Overall, a satisfactory purchase.

This product is definitely designed to clean all type of hard-floor surfaces and all messes related to it.. It lives up to exactly what it says, I love using this product daily at home and it’s only been one month. Highly recommended product here are my list of Pros and Cons: PROS : > Definitely a huge difference in keeping the floor of your house (hard-floor) neat and tidy. You can clearly see and feel the difference Before and After use > Steam in mop is something that really helps remove stubborn sticky and old stains which would be a hassle otherwise to clean. > It has self cleaning mode which cleans the brush roller with water & steam and air dries it too. > Catches a lot of hair which is good and bad (see cons). For pet owners it is definitely a blessing as it actually also vacuums when it mops so both dry and wet mess is easily tackled with a single swipe. CONS : > Battery takes long to charge and cannot be swapped on the go but it is a positive thing that it has auto charge cut off and also slow charging the battery will keep the battery life for a longer duration in the long run. > All hair that gets sucked in gets stuck in the pipe and the DWT (Dirty Water Tank) and will have to be removed manually with hand as just washing it with a jet spray or water does not make it come off. > Can’t cleans corners and leaves little square in the corners where its brush roller is unable to reach. > Cannot use Any type of Dettol or soap or other foaming agents that can damage the Product which is already mentioned before purchase > Need to put in little effort to keep it clean or it can create odors if the DWT, Brush roller and the Steam cabinet isn’t cleaned after each use.

I am using this Tineco vacuum cleaner since 2-3 months and I must say it is very useful product. 1. It sucks all the small medium debris from the floor and at the same time it mops with steam. 2. Steam helps killing the germs and it gives floor a very shiny look which you cannot get with normal mop. 3. Self cleaning method is the best thing because you do not need to do anything just press a button and the mop gets cleaned. 4. It may feel heavy to some people but you get use to it with time. Also it is difficult for it to suck very thick debris.

I ordered it 2 months ago, but just now opened the box. There are stains on the brush and the machine, there is water remaining in the water tank !!! It is USED NOT NEW !!!!!

My new Tineco works great! I have all tile floors with just area rugs in a pretty good size house. I’m older and if not careful can have back problems. Dragging my old heavy vacuum and separate mop/streamer was cumbersome and so time consuming! It wore me out. With the lightweight cordless Tineco One S7, cleaning is a beeeze. I actually like using it versus dreading the old way. I can finish my whole house (2500 sq ft) without recharging and it truly gets my floors cleaner because it sucks in the dirty water instead of just spreading it around like other steam mops. And it’s easier and so much faster. I’m so glad I made the investment! I would highly recommend.

Read below for an update ... my unit failed. Wow! Yes, this floor washer is expensive. I had just ordered it. While waiting 3 days for the arrival, I kept kicking myself for having ordered it. I kept considering cancelling the order before delivery. Yet, I could not avoid wanting something that made cleaning a floor easier and more thorough. Boy, does this ever! Before purchasing, I had read a handful of negative reviews from others. They saw a red light indicating their floor was dirty and were certain it was not. I was skeptical of their evaluation and so had gone ahead and splurged. I submit the best way of determining whether a floor is dirty is to look at a dirty water tank and not a red light. My floor was allegedly clean. After the first washing, the dirty water tank contained dark gray yuck. After a few days, the red has lessened and eventually in many areas remains blue indicating it was clean. The dirty water tank is light gray and translucent. So I use the red light to tell me whether I should keep going over an area. I do see it slowly returning to blue as I keep slowly rolling forward and backward over the area marked red. I assume this machine cannot look at a floor and determine whether there is soil on it. Instead, I assume, it examines dirty water returning to the storage tank, perhaps by shining a light through the returning water. Well, along those lines, my dirty water tank is less dirty after a few days of washing, at least in my kitchen and dining room. My basement is another story, but I will work on it. Perhaps some of this red-light-reported “dirt” was residual soap from previous washings. So, again, look at the dirty water tank if you believe the red light is lying to you. I am beginning to see some shine return to previously very dull tiles. I love the self-cleaning cycle. In short, this machine may be frighteningly expensive, but it does something no housekeeper or previous floor washing machine has been able to do. (I neglected to mention that my 19-year-old cat vomits periodically. This machine makes the clean-up a completely yuck-free job. That alone has made the expense worthwhile.) ****** I must update my review. The system 7 steam was great while it worked. Five stars for sure! Eight months later, it stopped charging. Tineco honored its warranty and arranged for the 7 steam’s return to the service center for repair. From that point on, communications were terrible. I shipped the unit, and it arrived at Tineco on a Friday. One week later, Tineco service chat agents reported that it had yet to be clocked-in at the service center. Miraculously, just hours after my online chat, it was clocked-in at the service center … certainly a pure coincidence. Two days later, I received communication that the unit was irreparable and would be replaced with a refurbished unit. Three days have passed, and I have still not been sent a communication regarding a return. A service agent reports it normally takes two days for a shipment to be processed (it has now been three). Tineco service agents are always polite, texting or emailing scripted apologies for machine malfunctions. But of all the companies I dealt with, Tineco is the very worst at processing service requests and communicating with its customers. My malfunctioning System 7 Steam has now been back at Tineco repair center one day short of two weeks. (It has been one day more than two weeks since the unit was dropped off at a shipping center.) A replacement is still not being shipped back. Prospective customers should be warned: If your new purchase continues to work, you will undoubtedly have a high-quality product. If your unit fails, arranging for repair will be extremely frustrating with a company that clearly does not value its customers once they have your money.

This is my 2nd Tineco and I bought this when my other one died. My other one didn't have a steam option but I looooove that this one does! We have a lot of natural hardwood in our house and 3 kids and I use this a few times/week. I am so impressed with how well this cleans my floor and it really leaves them shiny and looking so much better! I don't know what it is but there is a level of satisfaction that comes from emptying the disgusting tank of black water after every use. After using my first one for multiple years, it finally died and I used a regular mop while I was waiting for this one to be delivered. There was no comparison. I could feel that my floors were not even close to the same level of clean and I couldn't wait to get this thing up and running. Using the steam option does deplete the battery pretty quickly but I can still cover a lot of ground even using the steam setting the entire time. I also love that you can take this apart easily and rinse the parts easily too. I highly recommend doing that after each use because otherwise the smell is terrible.

Received the new cleaner on 02/09/25. It works. I was going to return it as soon as I got the new box based on their customer service. I have looked. at multiple cleaners and none of the cleaners I found appear to have the steam capabilities while being cordless. I have a lot of floor to clean and being tethered to a cord it hard. I had another cordless cleaner but the cleaning product left a residue on the floors and I would end up having to mop by hand to get it off after so many cleaning. So I will use this one since I already paid for it hopefully by the time it breaks another company will come out with a similar concept. I raised their star rating just because I don't like leaving low ratings or negative reviews but in this case, it is warranted. Update: Their warranty is a SCAM. I still haven't received the replacement cleaner. I purchased this a few weeks before having all our furniture replaced I wanted to get all the floors cleaned. I had to purchase a manual mop to clean 3000+ square feet of flooring. All I keep getting from the company is please be patient. I have already reached out to Amazon they are going to allow me to return the cleaner whenever it gets here and purchase a different cleaner. I would return the vacuum cleaner I purchased if I hadn't already used it based on the terrible customer service and the run around they give you. Assembly was relatively easy, I charged it and tried using it. The power button does not turn the unit on either the Steam Boost Button or the Self Cleaning button will power on the unit but it won't steam or function as designed. I reached out to customer service I had to produce a video showing the issue, they said they would send me a new handle. I received an acknowledgment two days ago now ...nothing. It's a brand new cleaner, I understand there are sometimes issues with new equipment. It shouldn't take 24 hours for a service ticket to go through a cue to receive and acknowledgment there is an issue, then wait until they send another acknowledgment that they are working on shipping a replacement handle and they will notify me when the item is being shipped. I could have shipped it back to Amazon and had a new one in this time frame.
