If you're into military building sets, this is a decent non-Lego option since Lego doesn't offer them. The quality is acceptable, though not on par with Lego. Assembly requires sorting through unnumbered bags, but some pre-grouping of parts helps. While no mini-figs are included (a minor letdown) and the price is a little high for the piece count, the set itself is fun to build and the instructions are clear. It will look great as part of a larger military display

I bought this for my 8 years old son. He loves playing with Lego. It's a challenging enough for a child but not too hard . It’s designed to work with army minifigures and seems perfect for both kids who enjoy military-themed building sets. This set could be great for creative play.

My kid loved this kit as it gave him a play set for all of his figures. He practically sighed when we gave it to him, and he immediately set to work assembling it. The kit has a ton of pieces. The fit is fine, I didn't see any issues when I experimented with the pieces. The injection molding looks good, but not top tier. This is not a cheap set, but it delivers on what the product page promises.

This was a great lego-like set. My son really loved it. Cool army set up with a ton of cool army accessories. One piece did arrive broken and one piece was missing. Also a few of the pieces were REALLY hard to push through (very stiff). But better to tight than too loose. Otherwise it was great.

Building this set was, at times, a bit cumbersome. Most of the pieces are very small - 1x1 or 1x2. They mostly fit together fine, but when stacking parts to make walls, you can see the tolerances are all over the place, resulting in uneven-looking surfaces.This set comes with a brick separator that works pretty well.There are many different types of items and weapons included in this set. They're mostly in plastic sprues, but they easily break free without the need for flush cutters. Unfortunately, they are intended to clip into certain bricks, but don't always fit quite right. This resulted in my accidentally flinging some across the room during assembly.Overall, this set took quite a while to build for the size of the end-result. I get most of my enjoyment from building vs playing with it when I'm done, so that's fine by me. I can see the potential for lots of hours imagining combat with this set if it were owned by a child.

My son was excited to get this, he said it was easy to put together, directions were clear. Can build and use as a base and play with it more than some lego set builds. The value is great and makes a perfect gift!
