Gingerbread
I normally don't enjoy Oreos but these gingerbread flavoured biscuits are lovely and the price has come down a lot. Hope they come out again this autumn.

Strong flavour
These are very strong gingerbread flavour, personally too strong on their own for me, so I made them into truffles, blitz with cream cheese, leave to set in the fringe then cover in chocolate. Great value for money in that regard, quick and easy Christmas treat.

These are lovely biscuits and have gone down a storm in our house. Maybe more cinnamon tasting than ginger but utterly delicious all the same.

Avoid!
I expected these to taste at least somewhat like actual gingerbread but it's more like trying to eat a cinnamon-scented Yankee candle. I'm known to complain about food tasting bland and unseasoned but the artificial flavouring here is way, WAY too strong. The only spice listed is cinnamon powder alongside "flavourings" (which I can only assume means synthetic cinnamon flavour). Call me old-fashioned but I do expect gingerbread to contain GINGER. The smell alone literally filled the room when I opened the packet, which really isn't what I want from a biscuit, and the sole one I attempted to eat caused my tongue to burn. Absolutely vile. Only positive is that they're crunchy, but I don't feel that's particularly relevant given everything else.

Not a traditional gingerbread flavour.
They arrived safely enough, just a few broken edges here and there. Unfortunately, the immediate aroma of Play-Doh hit my nose when opening the packet, and I simply couldn't get past it. As others have mentioned they taste incredibly artificial and don't really taste anything like traditional gingerbread. Not for me, but you may love them. For 50p it's perhaps worth the gamble.

Loved these
Absolutely loved these limited edition gingerbread Oreos! The gingerbread flavour is perfectly spiced and pairs so well with the classic creamy filling. A festive twist on a favourite biscuit!
