Loved these sweets as a little girl and now I buy then here I can honestly say that they are still a favourite of mine. So sweet they can be very addicted but so worth getting.

The item was dispatched well in time for the birthday and i was very impressed with the size and quality, as was my partner whos gift it was. A nice sized item to have at home as a throw back to the old school sweet shops.

So as expected, it's a 500 G bag, it is, as expected, NOT big, and I'm okay with that.What I'm not keen on though is the fact that it's advertised as being sour, but it's not sour in the slightest bit, now if you're not a sour person, this might be up your valley, but if you have a sour craving, you just want someone to obliterate your tastebuds, this ain't it, trust me, it's more tangy (and i say that loosely as there really wasn't much, if any sourness).Otherwise, it is what it is, it's raspberry bonbons, they dye your tongue and taste like raspberries, can't complain much on that front

These raspberry bonbons were advertised as being sour. Maybe it’s my misunderstanding that left me a little disappointed, as I love very sour / fizzy sweeties and was expecting similar things here. I’d say they’re tangy maybe, not sour. Not sure if it was because they were a little cold when I ate them, but they’re really hard… it took a lot of chewing. I was worried I’d break my teeth so had to stop after a few. The taste is pleasant though, so I’d recommend to anyone looking for standard raspberry bonbons. They are a little expensive for what they are also, but I typically expect it of this kind of thing on Amazon.
