I recently Received. the Grimace LED Backpack and I've got to say, it's definitely an attention-grabber! The LED lights make me feel like I'm walking around with my own personal disco party. Not only does it look cool, but it also adds an extra layer of safety when I'm biking at night. The hardshell design is perfect for keeping my half-face motorcycle helmet secure, and the small size is just right for my needs. The backpack is also roomy enough to carry my essentials without feeling bulky. The black Grimace Backpack looks sleek and goes well with my gear. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this backpack. It's both functional and fun, and I've had several people ask me where I got it because they want one too. If you're looking for a unique and practical riding backpack, the Grimace LED Backpack is definitely worth considering!

Can for sure say this wasn’t 100 meant for ladies with bigger chests, it fits odd haha. But I still love it! Lots of compliments and the app is easy to use too.

I recently got the Grimace LED Backpack and it has exceeded all my expectations. This hardshell bike helmet riding backpack is perfect for my half-face motorcycle and ebike helmet. The compact 17-inch size is ideal for my needs, and the black color looks sleek and stylish. The LED lights are a standout feature, significantly enhancing visibility and safety during night rides. I feel much more secure knowing that other drivers can see me clearly. The backpack itself is very well-constructed, with a durable hardshell that protects my gear without adding too much weight. The interior is spacious enough to carry all my essentials, and the design ensures everything stays in place, even on bumpy rides. The straps are comfortable and adjustable, providing a snug fit that doesn’t shift while riding. The only thing I don't like about it is that it must be connected to a battery pack. I think they could have integrated a chargeable battery or allowed AA style batteries to run the LEDs. LEDs are not that power hungry which would make AA batteries much more suitable. I still won't hold this against this product as it does what its supposed to do well. Overall, the Grimace LED Backpack is an excellent investment for anyone who rides a motorcycle or bicycle. It combines safety, style, and functionality perfectly. I highly recommend it!

Pros: It's a fairly comfortable backpack Decent amount of storage space, nice use of pockets The screen looks good up close and from far away You can make your own patterns (kinda) Cons: *Expensive for not coming with an actual battery pack *It does not come with a battery pack *The app is not good. You first need to find a way to change it to english, its then gunna want to update ALOT. Like, locked up my phone for half an hour a lot. It also doesn't update through the store, after install you need to allow 3rd party apps on your device and download the updates either through the app itself or with an online downloadable file. Little sketchy and it took some work to get it to actually do anything, kept getting errors about version compatibility. *It doesn't have any buttons. At all. You can turn it on and off through the app or you can unplug/turn off whatever battery you use, but really once its on its pretty much on. Even with all that, it's still a super cool backpack that is very eye catching.

This is one of the most unique products I've had the opportunity to review! It has so many different potential functions. It's a helmet case. It's a backpack. It's a safety device. It's an ozone deodorizer. It's a way to express your mood, brand, etc. The backpack itself is really well-made. The outer hard shell is sturdy, the zippers operate smoothly, and the portion that rests against your back is well-cushioned. The interior is where things get really interesting. Hook up a battery pack (not included), download the app, and you can display pre-programmed images on the digital screen or ones of your own design. If you're a biker or ride a motorcycle, it can be a great way to give yourself some extra visibility. And the included ozone deodorizer is a fantastic feature! Put your helmet in the bag while you're at work or school, turn on the ozone, and when you're ready to travel back home you have a fresh smelling helmet! This is a great price for such a cool product. I highly recommend it!

The issues with this bag mostly come from the NECESSARY app that controls it. The bag is fine. It has an okay screen (enough to get that Ooh-aaah factor) that isn't super bright, but you can play animated gifs on your bag so who cares. You have to provide your own battery pack (which is good and bad - it's weird to not have one at all, requiring you to make an additional purchase, but you also get to select your size of battery and not be stuck with a dinky one or rely on wasting regular batteries). The app has a lot of oversights. It defaults to Chinese, which is fine, but the instructions to change the language are practically non-existent. You CAN change the language, but it takes some fumbling around in the app to figure it out. The main functional issue with the app is in uploading your own files or selecting from their library. Many of the files in the included library just plain don't work. When selecting your own images/animations, the app does not provide any guidance to where the screen cuts off (since it's that eye shape) and you have to edit your files accordingly. You either have to include a buffer/border area to your image to make it smaller on the display or just accept it cutting two corners off. Other than the app it's a cool toy. Doesn't seem super durable, so after a couple weeks of use and the novelty has worn off, it probably won't be anyone's every day bag.
