This pillow is amazing! I have tried too many pillows to count but this pillow actually works. No more neck pain, or headache or shoulder discomfort. No more severe arm pain from trying to support my head or face. It supports your neck and head gently and comfortably. The sides support your head so no need for your arms to do that in awkward positions causing pain over time in the night. I sleep better and longer! I am mostly a side sleeper but once in a great while I will sleep on my stomach or back. I was very skeptical at first because of the shape and smaller than regular pillow but gave it a try and it has been over a month now and I love it! My sinuses even are better than before and I assume because my neck and head are positioned correctly. Very comfortable, it only took a couple nights to get used to it being a non traditional pillow but it’s worth the try.Very easy to wash the cover in delicate cycle and a little woolite was my personal choice and it slipped right back on fit perfectly and ready to go.Definitely worth the price!

My fiance got this pillow to try and he loves it. I didn’t not care for it too much as a side sleeper the spaces where you put your arms are not deep enough in my opinion so your arm is just sort of laying there and not very comfortable. He loves it though and I will say laying on your back is pretty nice. Everyone is different so it’s worth the try.

This memory foam pillow is awesome! If you want better sleep and c-spine support you need this pillow. The ergonomic design is perfectly contoured to the natural curve of the neck, providing excellent alignment and relieving pressure points. The memory foam is the perfect firmness: not too stiff but great support. The cooling silk breathable cover is incredible and feels amazing throughout the night. I'm a side sleeper and have dealt with neck pain or stiffness [even with the purchase of many high-end pillows], but this has alleviated my neck pain.
